Typical Lowe’s location, but what really stands out is the customer service from Theodocia. She really is the best customer service members that I’ve encountered at any of the Lowe’s locations in the triangle area. Extremely helpful and actually approaches you if you look like you need help, she really is amazing!

Aggressive employee, rude, very very non customer focused. Loading dock, 6/20/2024 9:30 am. Large 35ish middle eastern looking. I will never go back to this Lowes again. Threats and insults are not the way to endear yourself with your customers.

I was dealing for over a year trying to fix installed new doors assembly issue, my front door is still leaking air, unfortunately it has been 8 repaired attempt on my front new door and is still leaking air, and getting worse after each adjustment. I have hired lows inspector in October 2022 to come and inspect my home front and rear doors due to the air leak. The inspector recommended replacing both door assembly with door frame. Ordered the doors on cotober 2022, I have paid over $2000, including accessories for the doors, and the main concern was to seal properly. The doors are not installed poorly and have been leaking air since the beginning of installation, and I have not explained why it is leaking air. until I spoke to the 5th visit technician Eric, He said that the door is bent or defected from the factory, and it is not sitting on the seal properly. I have attached the photo leaking air from the top of the door and emailed it to the Lows instalation team. I have a video recording as will. Requested the lows installation team to take this matter seriously and resolve this issue as asap my bills are high because of the door leak. Unfortunately, they kept sending a technician, and the technician had no idea why they were here and wasting my time. After almost 2 years dealing with lows, scame I finally decided to let go and hired another compay to fix the door that I have paid lows to fix. Unfortunately I can't attach photos otherwise I would attach the photo of low's installation team's horrible work that has done on my door.

I have always shopped at Lowes and they are a NC based company, but the selection of wood and products is getting ridiculous. To get any wood that is not bent, twisted, broke , or knotty you have to sort through the piles. It is difficult when you need 20 or more deck planks to sort through "the supposed" premium planks to find 20 that are not warped or cracked. Then once you get the boards you have to find a cart, good luck. I don't know what they do with lumber carts but I had to go outside and bring one in from the parking lot. Once I made my purchase, I guess I was in the way of the store employees or taking too long when I was loading my wood as they seemed annoyed when trying to get a lift around me into the store. Once home, I commented to my neighbor about the lack of wood quality and he agreed and told me to go to Home Depot.

I went in to get a problem fixed for someone else today 5/28 after he purchased a washer and dryer on 5/27. I went in and Lisa asked if she could help me I started saying I needed help for the order. She remembered me from when I was there on the day before I was there for a little then I left and I guess this person bought the washer and dryer from a different person. Anyway, I hadn’t even explained the issue and she told me that she has nothing to do with it because I didn’t buy it from her so it had nothing to do with her and she walked away. I was honestly surprised and just walked out and called customer service. Is this how you treat your customers? “I wasn’t there, not my problem” what kind of mentality is that.

I was very happy with today's trip to Lowe's. The garden center was well stocked with all sorts of beautiful plants and greenery. They had a good variety of bagged soils and potting mixes, and I found the compost blend I needed. Also, purchased two 7-foot T posts and a fence post for a special project. The sales associate in lumber was very helpful.

Went to garden section to get plants. The plants were nice and unlike other Lowe's they were healthy and well watered.
