My family and I have been coming to Lowe's for years, and the place is excellent. The staff there and customer service there is pretty good. The store looks clean and organized.A couple weeks ago my dad ordered a new dryer, and thank go we got that dryer a few days later from Lowe's. Overall pretty good hardware, and construction store. Yes we will shop there again, and again.

If only I could give zero stars because 1 star seems too generous. I came into store today excited to purchase a smoker for my boyfriend's birthday which is in 5 days. I picked out the one I think he would love after talking with a few friendly customers and getting great insight. I find a store associate to help me. The associate takes the order number to the cashier so that I can purchase and schedule assembly and delivery. After I was charged and paid $590, I quickly reviewed the receipt and realized they charged me for the wrong smoker. I immediately (less than 5 minutes) go back to the cashier to have her correct the mistake. Only to have them tell me that they can give me a refund but it will take 10-15 days before my money ($590) is back in my account. And if I wanted the correct smoker and would need to pay another $500 to have it in time for my boyfriend's birthday. This is totally unacceptable. For lack of a better word "why should they make their ignorance, my inconvenience"? Word to the wise, make sure you check what you are being charged for thoroughly before you pay. This store does not mind inconveniencing the customer.I spoke with the assistant store manager, Joseph and he provided no solution at all. David Farah is the name I was given for the store manager and I wasn't able to speak with him today. But I would love to address this experience with him personally.

This is a pretty good Lowe's. Its clean and organized well. I did buy a product from there I am unhappy with but it isn't Lowe's fault. Wish there was a way to contact that company. There are too many self checkouts there needs to be more service desks to help customers who do t want to check themselves out.

Lowes Home Improvement, The Place where Every Return is treated like a Federal Offense "So if you ever lose your receipt from Lowes no matter how small the amount is , they make it hard for you to use the store credit at check out. I could understand if it were hundreds of dollars, but for $10 bucks? Really? I was almost sure they were going to fingerprint me next. Pitiful Policy Lowes. Everybody is not trying to steal from you.

We stopped by on a busy Saturday to look at some flooring. The flooring lady was friendly and very helpful. We got the information we needed, browsed around a little more, and left. The store was tidy. We were able to find what what we needed quickly. They had their Halloween decor out too, which was fun to browse at. If you're hungry, they have a hotdog stand outside as well. All in all, it was a good visit. I recommend the store.

I ordered a new washer and dryer in store and scheduled to have it delivered between 8am-12pm on a Saturday. I never received a call stating the delivery was on the way and the washer and dryer was never delivered. So disappointing.

This Lowe's location is horrible. The customer service and delivery was a nightmare for my shed project. I needed a shed kit and other building materials delivered, and they only delivered piece by piece after delaying the scheduled delivery date several times and delivered damaged goods, to the point where I had to rent a truck and repurchase some of the materials myself. The cancellation of the rest of my order has been a nightmare and getting these folks on the phone has been a struggle. They either don't pick up or promise a delivery date and then don't deliver. 0 stars to this location, avoid any delivery if possible.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordering from Lowe's was an absolute nightmare. Three times we have waited for their delivery logging more than 16 hours of time frames for them to not show up, then missing one of the pedestals that we ordered and refused to still install the washer and dryer that we ordered. Then promised to show up two days later to install everything and we waited all day for them to not even show. We called and asked to speak to a manager and the manager said that they declined to take our call. We insisted, and she finally answered and was the rudest person we have ever dealt with. We ended up after all of this hassle, canceling our order and ordering somewhere else. Buyer beware do not order from this company!

Lowe's Home Improvement of Grove Barton, you may want to speak to the woman responsible for the cabinet section of your store. A few months ago while wrapping up my home renovations, instead of painting the old cabinet doors I had. I realized I'd much prefer a more modern cabinet door look instead of the budget builder rendition. I live approx. 2 mi. away from the Grove Barton location. In general, my shopping experience is amazing. I'm a small business owner and have an AMEX Lowe's card. I usually always have awesome customer service experiences. I renovated 2.5 bathrooms with products from this location. I purchased a Kohler Veil intelligent toilet online and picked it up from this location. I purchased my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator from this location. I purchased quite a few other items here as well. Unfortunately, when I went in to inquire about quote from cabinet doors.... what a nightmare. The woman was on the phone initially, I went around the show space to explore all of the options available. When the woman finished on the phone, I went back over to show her the doors I was interested in, her demeanor seemed as though she wanted me to go away ( perhaps she thought her JOB to provide customer service would be wasted on me). She begrudgingly arose from the desk and I showed her 2 options I wanted quotes for. She asked me how many doors I would be ordering, and when I gave her the answer..... she told me "it will be expensive". Lol, Lowe's GM of Grove Barton, when did "it will be expensive" become a quote? Hunni, with that nasty attitude.... I had to take myself & my coin somewhere else. Please have homegirl in training. " it will be expensive" is NOT a quote. When I was employed, I was expected to show up and perform my job in a satisfactory manner. As a paying customer, I expect the same service from business I patronize.

The blk kid in appliances on a week night- Rude with an attitude.we simply asked if we could see the refrigerator for plugged in. He said No them ignored us. Didn't offer to help or answer questions. Went back to playing on his phone. No wonder this lowes has such bad reviews- bad employees. The lowes in Clayton pulled the fridge out and plugged it in for us no problem. Super helpful ppl and pleasant too.
