I wish the customer service (horrible) at this store matched their quality selection of home decor and gift items. I’ve spent hundreds, probably thousands, in this store over the years, and the bad customer service encounters I’ve had outnumber the good 5:1. Today was another example. No greeting, no “let me know if you need anything,” nothing. I was the only customer in the store. The man working there went into the back right after I arrived (never having said a word to me) and stayed there, apparently. I gave up waiting to purchase my item after standing at the register for 6 minutes. Put my item back and left.

My mother and I have been here a few times for trinkets and picture frames, and every time we swear we’ll never go back. Their product selection is very nice and tastefully curated, but their staff could not be less interested in helping or working with a purpose. They have refused to give us spare black plastic bags to hold our purchases and every checkout experience takes 10+ minutes (they will shuffle around behind the counter doing what appears to be nothing while patrons pile up in line). When we ask for help looking for something, we are told to look for it ourselves. For the prices we pay and the boutique experience we expect, we are always sorely disappointed!

This place is an absolute must check out! Especially during the Holidays! Keith has the most beautiful wreaths , Decorations, ornaments, ribbons, & gifts! If you are looking to have that to die for items you have to go here! Keith’s skills are off the chart !!!

LOVE this store for Christmas decor. The customer service from the two ladies I worked with were amazing. I bought my first home this year and they were very helpful with explaining to me how to decorate the home, things I needed, etc to hang the wreath I purchased and what to think about when buying a wreath for a space that is outside and open to the elements. One lady even took a site out of her purse to provide to me. ☺️ Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely return next year!

I stopped by to check out their Christmas decor (because I like unique finds that not everyone else has) and saw how beautifully decorated their trees were. The woman working let me know that if I buy ribbon, the owner would create a beautiful bow out of it. So, I went back the next day and Keith (the owner) was fantastic! He helped me pick out ribbon based on the vision I had for my tree, and then he made magic happen. Did I also buy several ornaments while he made the bow - yes! But well worth it. I’ll be going back often. Thanks Keith!

The staff is NOT friendly. They act like you don’t exist and could care less that you are there. I’ve been 2 times and no wonder why there is never any customers in there. The attitudes from the staff is off putting. As it seems, there needs to be changes made. There is no defending bad attitudes.

Lloyd & Lady sucks. I've used my expendable income at the boutique for years. When COVID-19 was raging, I shopped there for myself and for gifts to others.For a small boutique, I was always surprised none of the staff ever recognized me. Even after spending hundreds of dollars a year there, year after year.Today I went to check out with a $100 purchase and the owner and his staff did not even look up. I stood there for 2 minutes looking back and forth at each of them.Then I left.This place is garbage. Don't shop here; please.

The lady with the gray hair and glasses is extremely rude. As a fellow boutique owner, I would never speak to a customer with the aggressive tone she did. Someone like her would never work in my store. A customer was lost all because of that, and it is sad because this store is adorable.

I was so excited to come to this boutique as I just moved close by; however, when I went in with my service dog, I was greeted by staff saying no pets. My dog isn’t a pet, he is a service animal. This is the only place I’ve had an issue, so the response ruined my first experience. While the wreath I purchased was beautiful, I won’t be back which is disappointing because I wanted to support this local business. ESPECIALLY during these times.In response, I have an identification card that comes with all service dogs. You most likely should ask people if they do explain that in fact their animal is a service dog. Also, his new vest was in the mail. So regardless next time you should probably ask

This is by far the best boutique for a one of a kind gift. I never leave the store without a purchase.I fell into the store at Christmas time and was so impressed by the elegant decorations. With the help of the most lovely man( Keith, owner) I walked out with two gorgeous wreaths ! I love knowing I will have a one stop place for not only holiday time but also year around.

The first time I shopped there I was greeted by a very nice lady and enjoyed my experience, loved the place however I went back just a couple of weeks ago to purchase a quick Christmas gift and had the opposite experience. when I selected my gift and was ready to check out I inquired about having the gift wrapped and was told rather rudely that I could not have it wrapped because it did not meet the price range which is 15.00 (my item was 12) I totally understood but on the sign it says you can purchase the gift wrapping for 5.00 but was not given the option, I was really taken aback by the rudeness of the gentleman that checked me out and there were others around me and it was quiet embarrassing. It could have been handled differently. I really loved this place but unfortunately I will not be a return customer.
