I came into the store 30 minutes before closing looking for a dress for my rehearsal dinner. Carter (I am 99% sure that was her name) came up and immediately started helping me. She pulled every white dress in my size for me to try on, and I did find the perfect one. Her customer service, as well as the other two women working, was amazing! At other stores, you would never get this level of service so close to closing time, but the team here was great!

Today was my first time visiting this beautiful store! I love this location. Great customer service. Wow!!! the girls working in the store made me feel like at home… I definitely will come back.

This is a must stop location for my girlfriend when we are in the area. She loves anything lilly pulitzer. Staff was very available and prompt with assisting her.

Absolutely best customer service in the entire state ! Meredith, Mallory, Carlie (just to name a few) will make every attempt in store, online, and with shipping to fulfill your request. Professional, Courteous, and down right pleasant in person, over the phone, and even via text. Trust me, you want or need Anything Lilly P, the North Hills location should Always be your first choice. Thank you Ladies, everything you do is always appreciated.

I live in FL and was given the number of the North Hills store by my local store. I was looking for a specific dress and size. I was told that North Hills had the last one in the country. When I called I spoke to the sweetest, most helpful girl, Carlie. She finally found the dress on the floor and took all my info. When the package arrived today there was the sweetest note enclosed. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness and how she remembered the details of our conversation. I manage an upscale aesthetic Dermatology practice in Palm Beach. I will be sharing Carlies note with my office in hopes that it will inspire the kindness and attention to detail that was shown to me. Carlie, you are truly the best! I wish I lived in NC, so I could shop at your store.

Awful customer service. They're refusing to do a return on an item that was not explicitly marked "final sale", nor communicated at time of purchase. The receipt doesn't show this, and the return policy states that items unworn can be returned within 30 days.Absolutely disgusting company doing this type of tactic during COVID.
