Went this evening to Lidl on Wake Forest Rd. Not a single cashier. I left my cart with 15 items in one of the lanes and walked out. I wish I could give them a rating of 0.

What happened to customer service!????
1 poor guy working the front of store. No cashiers!!! All self checkout!! Huge line!! I’ll never go back!! Every self-checkout was locking up!! Just crazy!!

Takes long time to check out if paying cash. No cashier at the register most of the time in the afternoon. Some staff are dirty and unpleasant especially the tall lady Queen, she need to go for extra training and how to talk to people. Another employee at the front Shelf stocker with glasses need a lot of training and less talking.

I've been going to this LIDL for a few years now. Great location, selection, always clean, friendly employees, etc. The problem is that the last 3-4 times I've been in there, there aren't any checkouts open and I have to use the self-checkout. There should be at least one checkout lane open with an actual human being. I have not had this issue at other LIDL locations. Please consider that not everyone wants to scan their own groceries. The employees at the store are great. It's not their fault. Whatever policy this is, I'm not a fan. I like dealing with humans and not machines.
