Contacted several BMW dealerships prior to contacting Leith BMW. Spencer Johnson was the most responsive and knowledgeable salesperson I dealt with. Worked out a good deal. Finalized everything prior to coming in. Only issue was the wait time for finance.

Ayman was everything me and my family look for in a salesperson. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, timley, dilligent, and charming. His superlative knowledge mixed with his personable touch allowed for a perfect blend of comfortability and advisement. He stayed late with us and with a smile on his face-we appreciated him so much. His no pressure approach allowed for us to make the right decision! I highly reccomend that anyone shops around with Ayman. He was absolutely perfect and me and my family appreicate him.

Brian Pippin is the best in the business. The level of professionalism was bar none. If you are looking for no hassles, frictionless car purchase experience, I highly recommend seeking him out. The entire process, from coordinating the test driving to sign and out the door was about 2 hours.

Recently purchased a vehicle at Leith BMW and had the best sales agent, Greg Fielding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all our questions. We wanted a comparison of financing options and he provided those along with his recommendations. We never felt pressured and he was very honest about the process and time of the sale. Even though it was way past closing time, Greg made sure to get us set up and show us all the features of our new vehicle. Next time we are shopping for a vehicle, I will return to see Greg!

UPDATE June 2024: My car has been in the service shop since Mon, June 17th 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car! I shared my service report with several family members and other service providers...the amount of issues with this car in just 3 years in concerning for a "reputable" dealership like this! I purchased the car here, it's financed here, and ALL service has been performed here...why is this car in such poor condition? This is extremely poor performance! I just opened a case with the corporate office and will escalate this matter until I receive a fair resolution! I was sold a LEMON/patch worked car! This is the work auto experience! Myself not my family will ever purchase from here again! Buyers be ware!!!
Very disappointed at the service I received today. I purchased my car from here over 2 years ago, always received great service until recently. The last time my car was serviced it was a rush job, alarms left unclear, etc...and today when I got home from picking up my car I noticed 1 wiper was broken and left just sitting on top of the car. Completely unacceptable. I won't be getting any more service done here from now on. And I will go elsewhere to trade in!
