I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I have a great experience I want to share it. They were able to repair the soles on a pair of my expensive dress loafers for much less than I had anticipated. I thought I was going to have to throw them away, but he was able to fix them as good as new. And quickly, 2 day turn around. I highly recommend Lee's.

I went to Lee's to have a pair of boots resold, but they were not a candidate. I was shown the large selection of boots to replace my old ones and was given great service. The owners son helped me, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me an education on how to apply sealant to the boots for longevity and answered every question I have. I will only go to Lee's from here on out

I give 1 star because the 3 pair of shoes were repaired but the craftsmanship was terrible. When asked about it, he instantly got an additude and blamed the machine. 1 pair, had 2 different heel sizes, 1 pair, the new heel is chipped in the corner and the last pair, the heels are not flushed to the shoe.

Friendly owners who are knowledgeable about shoe repairs. They also have reasonably priced supplies if you have a minor fix.

This is the place to go for shoes in the Raleigh area. It's obvious they really care about building a real relationship with customers instead of just selling a pair of shoes. The place is family-run, and the atmosphere is like shopping at your favorite cousin's house. Tim took care of me today, he answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. It's a 40-minute drive for me (one-way) but I will definitely be back next time I need a pair of shoes - or repair service.

The nicest most honest and caring folks you'll find anywhere. The ONLY boots and shoes they sell are of the highest quality at prices at OR better than on-line. What a find for me. Most clients are tradesmen. What does that tell ya!

They have a great selection, as long as you don't want timberland boot. They have about 4 pair to choose from. So if timberland boots aren't your thing, they're great.

Dont let the odd location fool you, this is a great place. Left a pair of boots and a pair of dress shoes with them to be resoled. They did a great job and were super fast. They also have an amazing selection of boots of all kinds. Probably the largest in the area.

If you need a cobbler, pair of boots, a belt, Sketchers, OoFoos or solid workwear trousers and shirts, look no further! This is a venerable old, locally, owned and operated shop. Friendly service, and well hidden. I love this place and will be back. All I needed was a little snap for my Leatherman sheath, which was accomplished competently and with a smile! Thank you for being there!

Excellent customer service ! Excellent work ! They repaired the handle on a designer purse for me which was not stitched securely when purchased. I had no reservations leaving the purse with them on a Friday evening and returning on Monday to pick it up. Prices are VERY FAIR
