“I just read a few of the reviews and although I dont work for Alsco, my husband does.And from what I understand the problem isnt racism, its people being hired based on experience that they claimed to have through their application and interview. So, when they begin work and are assigned to do jobs that they said they were qualified to do but are clearly not able to do, and not only are they not qualified , they have no basic understanding of mechanics or maintenance that are required to do the job.I dont think its fair to say anyone is racist. I understand being stressed about work, but when you apply and are hired to do a job you said you were certified and qualified to do and then begin working with a maintenance team who is depending on you to help with the workload they are assigned daily, only to find out you have no idea what your doing is frustrating to your co-workers and your supervisors. In my opinion, and many others I think, its not your ethnicity they have a problem with, its your inability to do the job you were hired to do.”
