Front desk wasn’t helpful with checking in. Kiosk was ineffective and still had to ask about referrals after receptionist had them. Just so unprofessional.

Personnel were great, but the torture was the TV running over and over and over same ads at an offensive volume. Everyone was commenting about the TV and forced listening. I would not buy any product they were advertising and will look for another lab.

I was required to use the automated kiosk even though there is a desk person at the window in the waiting room. The kiosk asked me a few questions and I had to put driver's license in a tray for it to read it. It said I was completed and I went and sat down. I waited an hour to just give a urine sample required by my physician. Finally I went up to ask why I was waiting so long. They said I didn't enter my insurance information at the Kiosk. They knew I was there the whole time and they never asked me why I was still waiting or if I had insurance. I have never had such poor customer care at a medical office. Labcorp needs to step up or someone else will.

Tiffany is a gem! I have a list of unpleasant things I’d rather do than have my blood drawn as it’s one of my biggest fears! I went around noon, no wait, she made it quick and painless and I was in and out in 10 minutes. She needs a raise and promotion, like yesterday.

Unfortunately, I found out they did the wrong blood test at the last minute before seeing my doctor, which takes many months to find an appointment.

Find a different location. We had an appointment, we checked in based on the email instructions. Never got a text as the email said we would. Door was locked, no one answered. Called Lapcorp themselves all they did was put us through to the location, and they never answered the phone.
Save your time. Don't come to this spot.

I was worried about coming here after reading the reviews. I had zero issues with these folks. I was in-and-out in about 20 mins (I went early in the AM). The phlebotomist was very kind and friendly.

Very bad experience, I will not use this facility any more. Incorrect report ( allergen test instead of regular blood work) was sent , they lost the order and also the blood sample.

I get routine lab work every three months and I’m usually in and out within 10 minutes. It was my first time visiting this location and I waited for well over an hour. It’s a busy location with only one person working. She was very nice, but this location is not staffed appropriately. I will NOT be going back to this one.

After reading so many negative reviews, I felt like I needed to share my positive experience. As crazy busy as their Saturday clinic was, they were amazing! The front desk staff was very polite and the phlebotomist was very professional and efficient! I am not always an easy stick and she stuck me perfectly on her first try. Even with being a lab tech short I was in and out much quicker than I expected to be.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Terrible experience. Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time at 9 o’clock. Was waiting over an hour, even saw two people who were walk-ins taken before me…. What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to wait over an hr. I will NEVER EVER come back here. The employee who no shows their shifts should be fired…

I always come here for my labs. The techs are always nice and professional. Today I had Biona draw my blood. She made it a very easy process and so friendly. Highly recommend

I made my appointment online with no issue. I followed the emailed instructions, online check-in once I arrived and expected a text message when they were ready for me. I waited 30 minutes then decided to go inside, which was packed. There were more people than chairs. When I did speak to someone she said, we don't do online check-in, and we don't send text messages. (Why does the email say to do this then?!) She then told me I didn't have an appointment and asked was I sure this was the right location. I showed her my email confirmation with date, time and location. She went and got the lady that ended up drawing my blood. She essentially had to enter all my info that I had done online when setting up my appointment (name, DOB, Dr, etc).
When I was called back I asked her why the place was so packed and why the emailed instructions were the opposite of their instructions. She said the online check-in and wait in car was only for COVID times and she doesn't know why they keep telling patience to do this.
I will say she did a good job with the blood draw and once seen I was in and out in minutes. I feel like their system either overbooked them or they had a ton of walk-ins. Either way it was not a good experience. They seemed overworked and stressed. I will have to find either a different location or provider next year for my annual blood draw.
Labcorp, you either need to tell these people how your system works or stop telling patience to do online check-in and wait nearby. It's frustrating to be told I did everything wrong when I followed your instructions exactly.
