If you can go to a different lab corp location… go. Between long wait times because of ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER and poor time management of the one staff member, you could waste half of your day staring at a wall.

Will never return here. Zero customer service , 2 workers on facetime with family members, rude, slow, no organization, loud, talking to people with disrespect , choose another place!!

Went with a 2:45pm appointment. Only one person doing EVERYTHING and one patient had some sort of code error so they person was trying to call around to fix it. Meanwhile there were only 3 other people and after 30 ish minutes, I still was not called up or seen. I left to go to the Ingleside location (10X better btw) and was seen immediately. Then I get a text an hour later stating the technician was ready. Avoid this one and the Durant Rd location if you can. Unless you don't mind having your time wasted.

It is now 6 minutes after one, and I'm outside LabCorp. The facility hasn't opened up yet, and it's causing some inconvenience. It's quite hot outside, and people are waiting in their cars, getting a bit restless. It would be great if someone could update us on the situation.

One star not deserved. The most unprofessional horrible establishment I have been to in a long time. I didn’t even get my license se set on the scanner to hear from the back it’s a long wait. I said, what is long? There wasn’t an answer only whispering comments of WHYYY don’t people make appointments and she should have made an appointment. It’s appt and walk in. Regardless, yes totally unprofessional and and dirty. I looked at the people sitting around and they didn’t look surprised at the nasty person in the back who doesn’t show their face. Leave and they are nasty, if it were ten minutes I wouldn’t trust them. Don’t go. Unless you really have no other choice.

I had to get lab work done. I needed to fast for 12 hours. Which I did. I had a 0915 appt. I checked in and the epic wait began. Labcorp only assigned 1 tech to the office. At one point there were 18 of us. People started leaving. Most of the others who came in after me touched it out. Others just left. The poor tech was answering the phone, running the test machines, taking samples, checking people in, all of it. Alone. By the time my turn came up, it was 1045. I left and had stop and score some eats. I had a nice headache brewing from lack of chow. The way the tech conducted things, she should receive a commendation. I'd give her 5 stars. Labcorp, not so much.

The absolute worst! I would have rated them a 0 if that was an option. The staff is extremely rude and not knowledgeable at all. I will be finding another option for lab work.

Front desk extremely rude and unprofessional. Made an appt for 10:45 was there early (after rcvg the text that they were ready)but they never even called my name and I was skipped along with several others by 5 walk in people. The employees there just don’t care.
On top of that my entire arm is sore today which has never happened before!
Horrible place all around!!

Whoever does the hiring process needs to work on their selection skills. Front staff has 0 customer service. This is a must in areas of service, mostly when we are working with patient care.

I wouldn’t recommend this office. The individual at the front desk mixed up my bloodwork with another individual. This could have been very serious. This required me to make another trip back and when I came back for a redraw she wouldn’t own up to the fact that she was the one who made the mistake. I had to wait for over an hour because I didn’t make an appointment. I arrived at 8:04am. At 8:50am a gentleman came in with a 9:00am appointment and she processed him at 8:55am. When did good old fashioned common sense die?
