Wish I could rate it lower, but I had an appointment at 2:30. I got here before my time checked in, and waited over an hour and a half. Multiple people who got here after me went before me, and I was told to sit down when I went to question when I’d be able to go. People who didn’t have an appointment went before me.

My experience is pretty much on par with the other reviews. They literally just drag their feet and leave you sitting there. Even with an appointment, you will sit in the lobby with a few other people and no one being serviced. Meanwhile, you hear a few staff back there on their phones, giggling, laughing, etc. Avoid this one if you can. No urgency and clearly they don’t care about wasting your time.

Horrible service and scheduling. Waited 50 minutes, with an appointment, only to be told there was no one in the office who did pediatric lab work.

This place is horrible! Staff is rude and incompetent. Showed up at 1:30 and was refused service bc they were closing for lunch but they could not tell me when they would re open. This closure for lunch is not advertised anywhere whatsoever. Left and came back at 3:30. Waited over an hour to be told they could not find my standing order?!? Don't waste your time and go to a different location.

What a joke this place is!! Had appointment 5/8 for urine test. Sat for 40 mins. Girl behind the counter said she was by herself and she wasn't going to do it. Took off work for this!!! Called corporate. She made fun for doing that by the way. She talked to her Regional manager, and SHE said not to do it and to say to go away. Corporate was telling em they were getting written up, and the girl there hangs up on them!!! Schedule at you're own risk!!!!!!

I had an APPOINTMENT for an 11:30am drug test. I checked in at 11:15. I waited for an 1 hour and 20 minutes. Before being told they don’t do drug testing until 2pm. DO NOT GO HERE

Scheduled an appointment for 12:15 a day prior, show up to my appointment and there is a sign on the door that says their office would be closed for lunch from 12-1pm 5/14/24. I suppose they decided to close their office for lunch regardless of patient appointments? A delivery driver with lapcorp went inside the office for me and told them I had an appointment, they said they’d be out to grab me and never did. I also knocked many times. Very unprofessional.

I went in to get a drug test completed for school. There was only one employee with so many patients waiting on her to complete the orders for patients in front of them. She handed it gracefully and was doing her absolute best to meet everyone’s needs, her name is Kesha and I apologize if I spelled that wrong I did not catch her name badge, but she deserves recognition for giving the absolute best care she could while dealing with understaffing and rude and impatient patients. This location has been understaffed like this more lately and it is not fair to the poor employees who are doing their best.

I am giving them 1 star because there is no option for ZERO. My appointment was at 1:15 PM. It is 1:40 and there are 3 employees inside and they haven’t called anyone since I got here an hour ago. No one has come to explain. Office is full but nothing seems to be happening. There is no one at the front desk

The receptionist was extraordinarily rude and would not directly answer our simple questions until I asked a few times. She sighed at everyone constantly and was just mean. Not a person to have up front.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The woman at the front desk was grumpy and difficult to work with, but what’s worse is the woman doing the actual blood work was horrible. She was rude and very rough and got angry and seemed to purposely be rougher when my husband didn’t hold his arm exactly right. She raised her voice to tell him to relax when the only reason he wasn’t relaxed was because of her horrible “bedside manner” - this location has always been bad but this was the worst medical visit experience we’ve had. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Basically just had the worst medical related experience of my life here. I am supposed to have a standing order from my doctor for a test every few months. I made an appointment at 3:30, and was there until almost 5:30 waiting before I was told that they did not in fact have that order and could not do the test. I checked in when I got there, there was zero mention of this, or in the TWO HOURS I was sitting and waiting. I am absolutely furious with the time wasted and that I was made to sit that long without being told. It's not the fault of the lady who was working because she was entirely on her own on what was clearly a busy day. Just utterly absurd.
