I love this place very professional Garret helped me out didn’t make me feel rushed or anything I definitely recommend if you want furniture come here it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for!! And they do have good deals!!!

It was extremely disappointing. We had gone into the store 9/1 to look at couches and were told the couch and love seat we were interested in was in stock and would take less than a week to receive. We are currently having our floors redone and didn’t want the furniture until end of October so we waited to place the order. Fast forward 6 weeks and now this same purchase will take 8-12 weeks. I have a hard time believing there was that big of change in that time period, the sales person obviously told us wrong. This will be our second purchase from this store - but it will be the last. I am now looking at not having furniture during the holidays because of the sales person’s incompetence. It is really a shame because I appreciate the quality and design of the La-z-boy furniture, but I have no desire to deal with this low level of professionalism. If I thought a different sales person would be any better I would cancel my order and place another one at a different store so Isabelle would not receive the commission on this order, but I have zero confidence it would be any better. I certainly hope this will not be a reflection on the quality of the couch and love seat when we receive it.

I had a great shopping experience at Lazy-Boy on Falls of Neuse Rd. in Raleigh. The sales associate who worked with me was so patient and helpful. She gave me invaluable information about the warranty on the sofa I chose. It’s an amazing warranty! I’m so excited about my comfortable new sofa!!! Annie, thank you for being so delightful to work with in the store. Everyone there was friendly and the store is beautiful!

We bought a sofa, recliner, and swivel chair at La-Z-Boy, Falls of The Neuse location. We are returning customers to this store. The selection at the store and sales people are great...but, the good news stops there. Two of the pieces arrived damaged, and both the reclining sofa and recliner were shrink wrapped so tight on the arm pads that it left indentions. The swivel chair with the broken leg was taken away, and brought back two weeks later (I had to call to inquire)...it had a replacement swivel base, probably swapped out at the store. I could tell the "new" base was from a piece of furniture on the show room because it had scuffs on all four legs and one leg was missing a floor button. I told the delivery driver to leave it, I would fix it myself. A La-Z-Boy service technician also visited our home to fix other issues with the sofa and recliner...mostly fixed now, except the arms still show indentions from being shrink wrapped by an anaconda. The technician also removed some of the poly stuffing in the lumbar area of the recliner, and showed me how to do it if needed. He was great by the way, best part of the whole negative experience. I'm not sure why the lumbar was over-stuffed the way it was, nobody would be comfortable in it. I also worked on the chair another 45 minutes the next day and removed more stuffing...fairly comfortable now...but, not as comfortable as my 8 year old Laz-A-Boy recliner, that I am thankful we still have. this latest experience with La-Z-Boy was stressful, time consuming and disappointing...not sure if I will trust them again with my hard-earned dollars. They are like all the rest of the large furniture companies; product quality has declined, and they don't really care about the customer.

Great team to help with process. Bought dining room and living room furniture. Was in store total of 3 hours as they were having internet issues. Would have hoped for a discount for our patience with their computer issues. Alot of their pricing seens a bit over priced, time woll tell with what the quality is. Charged an unreasonable amount for delivery. Also decor items are really over priced.

Liz took her time and explained features of each recliner and gave us plenty of time to find the perfect ones to go into our living room. It was a very pleasant experience and we were pleased with her expertise.
