Heather and the rest of the sales team provided all the help and information we needed to make a decision on recliners. So friendly and engaged. The store is well laid out with lots of choices in recliners, sofas and tables. We haven't yet used the design services, but we might use them to finish out our living room purchases.

I went to this Lazy Boy store to buy a Recliner for my Living Room.The staff was very helpful and assisted me with my search. Mrs. Nolly helped me locate the Lazy Boy Recliner I actually bought. I highly recommend this store if you have any Lazy Boy needs!

Great help finding and configuring a chair. The salesperson, Bethany, even called me afterward to confirm something small on the order to be sure it was perfect. And they made sure the price was the best possible. Highly recommend!

I felt very fortunate to have Christine ( the decorator) and Ron ( the salesman) help me with picking out furniture and designs for my new home in Raleigh. They were excellent , patient, very professional, and spent an enormous time with me. I think the quality of their furniture is excellent too.
