Had a really great experience. Mindy, Chelsea, and other staff were phenomenal. They answered every question we had and worked with us to find the right sectional and fabric and configuration. The furniture is very well-built, and the warranties are great. Highly recommend.

We have been completely unsatisfied with the service we have received from La-Z-Boy. The delivery men made us carry in the seat backs when the couch was delivered. The couch arrived with an obvious defect in the seat backs, so the delivery men had me make a note on the delivery receipt that there was a problem with the order. They told me they would inform La-Z-Boy and someone would follow up with me. No one ever followed up and when I called, they had no record of the problem with my couch.
Getting a replacement part took forever - why do they need a photo of the AKT number on a newly delivered couch that they should already have a record of? And if this AKT number is so important why is it in such an inaccessible area so that I needed to wait until I had help to flip the couch over in order to provide this information? I was given instructions to contact customer care once the part was delivered and they would send a technician out to do the repair. I sent the email when I received the part and then got a phone call back telling me that I could install it myself. When I attempted to do this, I found that the part they sent was incomplete. It didn’t have any of the motors or power cables for the lumbar support and headrests, the fabric on the back was unfinished with bare seams all the way around.
We’ve had this couch for nearly two and a half months now and the problem is still not corrected. I cannot believe the terrible quality control and service from a company whose website says “We put in the work, so you can put your feet up.” Yeah that is a complete lie.

Courtney Singh was WONDERFUL! She showed us the recliner area.. and let us take our time finding what we wanted. She answered ALL of our questions. She was efficient and courteous! She also involved the designer to help us with rug selection… we were thankful for that!
We found exactly what we were looking for at the Lazy Boy store and saved $$ from the Labor Day discounts!!
We would highly recommend this store! The service and availability of furniture was excellent!

I love this store! Thank you to Heather my sales person who took her time with understanding what I needed to furnish our new living room condo. Heather made the experience fun too. She introduced us to Chelsea the designer and they both took the time to come over, see the space and Chelsea's vision was wonderful. we are looking forward to our new living room, rugs and picture and love the lamp she suggested too. They made this experience so nice. thank you both!

Our sales representative was very friendly and helpful. The interior designer was awesome!!!! She helped my wife with picking out the right color sofa and rug that would compliment our living room. My wife and I bought a sofa and two recliners from La-Z-Boy 32 years ago. So it was a no brainer when it came time to buy our new sectional,La-Z-Boy.
