The worst customer experience. My mom and I just left the store. There were two people working there, one at the front said hello but never got up from his computer or asked how he could help. The other guy was on his phone watching videos and never spoke to us. We were the only customers in the store. We are looking to redo two bathrooms and will definitely take our business else where.

Kitchen and Bath galleries (specifically Shaq!) was awesome to work with! Tons of options, transparent on timing and returned our calls. Shaq gave us great recommendations and the process of dealing with K&B Galleries vs going to a big box was worth it! Knowing if there were delays or having alternates so quickly with so much less research. Also met pricing I found at a different location. We ordered all of our appliances through them and Would highly recommend using K&B Galleries.

We went to K&B to pick out and order all of our appliances for our full kitchen remodel. Shaq helped us and made it such a wonderful experience. He was very helpful through the entire process. His response time to all my emails was very fast. So extremely grateful, thank you Shaq!

Seeking a design place for several projects. Showed up for my appointment and no one could be bothered to greet me or point me in the right direction. There were several associates in-house and only two other customers. The designer wasn't really interested in working with us, implied we couldn't afford the higher end cabinets, and kept mentioning specific goals that we never stated. We were never even asked a budget.

I wanted to recognize Bill Ginsler for his amazing customer service. I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but I have gone back and forth on some appliance decisions over the past couple of months. He has been so incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful. I am excited for our complete remodel, and Bill has made the first steps incredibly smooth and painless.

Shaq at the Glenwood location helped me when my range stopped working. Everyone else in town needed three months to deliver a new one, but he was able to get me my dream Viking range in less than two weeks. Install was super easy, everyone was very professional and helpful, and I was able to complete the whole transaction over the phone. 10/10 recommend!!

We purchased our appliances for our kitchen remodel from K&B Galleries last year. Our salesperson, Shaq, helped us throughout the selection process and kept us up to date along the way. K&B Galleries handled the installation of our built in Sub Zero fridge/freezer and Wolf range. All of the work was done perfectly and we had no problem registering our extended warranty and promotional rebates. We thought there was a small issue with our fridge (there wasn't), and Shaq was quick to have someone come take a look. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we will definitely work with K&B and Shaq again in the future. Thank you!

My husband and I went into the North A showroom to discuss remodeling a bathroom. We were the only customers in the store. Of the 4 employees there, no one greeted us as they were totally consumed with listening to one if associates personal issues. One finally got up from her desk, walked past us and said hello as she picked up sample boards and went back to her desk. As we decidedTo walk out, one said “oh, I thought you just wanted to browse.” Awful service and completely unprofessional to be discussing personal issues with potential customers around

We are in the process of stripping our kitchen and redoing everythingWalked in Kitchen and Bath on Glenwood Ave. on a Saturday afternoon. We spent 25-30 minutes in the store browsing appliances , countertops etc. The entire time we were in the store no one approached us or asked if they could assist us in anyway . As we walked by both people sales people on our way out the door no one asked us if we had any questions or needed any information. I will never grace those doors again! I am also a designer and have sent people in there to get help and ideas and I will never do that again either

I don't have sufficient superlatives to describe our experience working with Kim Kruskamp and Kitchen & Bath Galleries. We remodeled two bathrooms and only had vague ideas of what we wanted. Kim steered us in the right direction every step of the way. She took our vague ideas and turned them into beautifully executed reality. Everything was handled professionally with a solid dose of kindness and patience.

We went to buy new equipment in the Kitchen & Bath Gallerieshowroom, 8411 Glenwood Ave #107, Raleigh, because we hoped that alarge companyhad professional installers and there would be no headache with it .I am not very concerned if I was not welcomed (although in US it is ararity); professionalism is more important for me . When we had questionswe approached the only one seller who was sitting at the table and askedrecommendations . We liked one of the hoods and one of the cooktopsand bought them . He also recommended the installer .We called the installer, agreed on the day of installation and asked for theprice - 200$.When he began to remove the hood, it was not very neat .After installing the new hood, I discovered that one side of the hood does not fitsnugly against the wall . Since the slightest gap can cause vibration andstrong noise --- I didn't like it, but he did not react (my husband assumedthat it was an uneven wall, although the whole kitchen adjoins the wallperfectly, but where the hood is suddenly uneven)And the scratched kitchen cabinet near the hood didn't make me happyeither! Surprise! He did not have an important tool as a level!When he installed the cooktop, he was not going to put a seal under thecooktop .He did not consider it necessary! ! We had to insist . He did itpoorly and now one side of the cooktop periodically bounces up!After , he also raised the price by 100 !!Wonderful new equipment spoiled by installation . Not happy

I walked into this business as I just bought a home a d need my bathroom and kitchen remodeled. I walked around looking at the showroom and passed many people sitting at their desks. Not one person greeted me or asked me if they could help. I turned a d walked out. I will spend my money elsewhere.
