I do not recommend this store, before I gave a very good opinion of the staff and I stand by it but now I know that the store does not comply with the guarantee of its products, I bought a mattress with the demands that they made of me to cover the guarantee and now that the mattress is deformed they do not want to honor that guarantee, they tell me that it is not deformed enough to change it, all to wait for the year to expire. They are some..... DON'T BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I highly recommend Kimbrell on Wilmington St The customer service is 100%. It doesn’t matter if itt your personal sales person or just another employee.,they acknowledge that you are important. Quality furniture I have purchased.

I was there on Thursday, shopping with my Aunt for bedroom furniture for her . They were doing hourly drawings. I won a set of dishes ? I'm giving them to my cousin for a house warming gift.

I was greeted at the door as I entered with hello and how are doing by Phyllis.i told her what I was looking for and she took to the item . I got what I needed as out in 20 minutes.Phyllis was great ,very knowledgeable and friendly.

Sale: Came into the store and was greeted kindly. Phyllis answered all my questions and gave me time and space to look and decide. Excellent customer service. Ordered this couch, a side table, lamp, and pouf during June Jubilee. I'm looking forward to the delivery.
Edit: This couch could not be moved into the living room as the doorway was offset. Manager made me pay another delivery fee for a new couch after I paid an additional large sum for another sofa set. Not happy about another delivery charge. Could have waived the entire fee since I was paying a lot more money for another sofa set that would be able to fit through an odd door configuration into my living room. Phyllis was still amazing helping me get set up with the new furniture.
