After dealing with them for four years when I lived in another area when I moved to Raleigh, I need it furniture. I went to Kimbrell’s on New Bern Avenue and the worst customer service the worst employees I guess it’s a family own situation where everybody in the family works there they are very unprofessional. I have never had to go through so much hassle to have an extra bill my entire life I end up not even getting anything from them and getting a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone especially the store on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh North Carolina. The manager there Anthony was very rude very unprofessional. 0 out of 10
