There were 2 front cash associates, and no sense of urgency. I came in, went to the restroom and went back to line and the same people were in line. The associate that waited on us was putting tickets on outfits and other tasks instead of getting the line taken care of, considering the other associate could only take cards. Not a very pleasant experience.

The products are very good and excellent price. Today was my first time visiting this place with my family, my 2 year old son and husband. The truth is that the attention was very bad, the worker had a very bad character, they see you and follow you as if you are going to do something bad. My husband tried on his pants with a shirt to see how he would combine (to buy the set), the worker followed him and gave him a sermon saying that the shirts are not tested; it was our first time buying at this store, my husband apologized and the lady did not stop talking and saying that next time I don't do that. I don't know if because we are Latinos but they looked at us with a very bad face. The truth is that this was a horrendous experience. My son, like every child, wanted to play or scream because he wanted to play with something and the workers were looking very bad. It was an unpleasant purchase for me and my family. We did our shopping and flew out because the attention felt so ugly. If you don't have patience with your customers, then get another job or be more cordial.

I come to this place all the time and spend hundreds and thousands of dollars every year. Today was the last straw. The black lady at the front counter with the hat has nasty attitude over me asking a question about s coupon and rude with a poor customer service I can't believe they have her up front It's sad because everyone else is usually nice and if she doesn't wanna work and do her job, then she needs to go home or go get a job where you don't have to deal with customer service ..

I love this place for clothing!! Especially dress clothing at decent prices! My only complaint is that the checkout register lanes should be better formed; Easter Saturday the line (1 !!) was three quarters of the way to the back of the store and for a place that does the volume it does with adequate registers open this was ridiculous.

The selection is pretty decent but the customer service is so slow. There's usually one person on check-out and she's so slow. She has to answer the telephone as well as wait on people checking out. That's too much for whomever is on the register because they can't multi task. Been sitting in the check-out line for 20 minutes and it was only 3 people in front of me with only a few items per person. I'm just trying to buy a pair of sunglasses. Either they need to hire more staff or more efficient staff!

Very very late review but this review is necessary. I stumbled on this store in Feb 2023 trying to find my brother something to wear for is winter dance/prom. He is gentleman with autism and has more of stocky build so shopping for him can be difficult in many ways. I will just say, this store didn’t miss. His looks in Feb 2023 & Feb 2024 were EVERYTHING! #BrandAmbassador #AutismSpeaks

The cashiers are extremely rude. I was visiting from Seattle where I have always experienced great customer service but I was disappointed to see such treatment. I would like to believe it was a one off, if not it is important for the company to remember that the customers are the ones who keep them business .
