As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed about the mortgage process. I called a few people and found the customer service and care to be lacking. Dismissive even. Then I talked to Kevin who was personable beyond belief, incredibly knowledgeable, and took time to get to know us/our situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the details going into the mortgage process and answered questions throughout. Knowledge is power so I am thankful for the education Kevin shared with us. He worked seamlessly with our realtor and together they made the experience as painless at possible. Keith is also very good at what he does. We look forward to working with them again in the future. The best!

Kevin and his team were amazing to work with and delivered our approvals BEFORE the requested date. They kept us up to date during the entire process and website is VERY user friendly for uploading documents!
