I went in tonight close to closing and was welcomed warmly! The staff was so kind and helpful. I was looking for a specific birthday gift for my niece. The sweet staff guided me right to what I was looking for, gave me suggestions for future gifts for my daughter and helped me pick out perfume, a jewelry box and even a card to complete the gift for my niece! I cannot say enough nice things about this happy, bright and inviting store! I will be back!

I went to KS at North Hills because a necklace I had gotten last Christmas broke. The staff member who assisted me was so sweet and helpful and replaced it for me. Thank you!!

I’ve come to this location from out of state 3 times at least in the past couple years, it’s been my only in store experience with the brand and I look forward to it every single time. From the first time I met Josalyn she’s made me feel welcome, understood and has personalized my experience. I tell her what I’m looking for and she always brings me amazing pieces that I should see or consider. She really cares about her customers. I’ve had friendly interactions with the other associates who were helpful as well. I just came back after 14 months and she still remembered me and I still had the pieces we’d picked together on the other trips! The store is always bright beautiful and clean. I was in for a long time yesterday and all of the staff had great customer engagement with all the people who walked through asking if anyone needed help and trying to find what they need. This location is always a great experience and I’ve told my friends that were with me about Josalyn and the store and they had a wonderful first experience there. Got some great pieces this time and will obviously be back

I am so amazed at the experience at Kendra Scott! Madelyn was the sweetest and super helpful picking out jewelry. She was so kind and patient with me!! She helped me pick out two color bar items and a beautiful pair of earrings. Could not be happier!

I love this store. But what really makes me come back are the employees. I had 4 wonderful ladies help me with everything (I wish I could remember their names). They really knew their product but more importantly, they were incredibly and genuinely nice people. To the women who worked there on 3/9- thank you so much! Y’all are fantastic at your job and service! Also loved my jewelry!

I had the most amazing time shopping in Kendra Scott today thanks to Sarah. My mom and I visited the store today looking to create matching mother-daughter necklaces and Sarah made it the most wonderful experience. She was kind, patient, helpful, and just so lovely. Sarah made my mom and I feel so special today, and helped us create a memory we will never forget. Thank you, Sarah!

I love Kendra Scott but this is my favorite store of theirs to go to. The associates are always super attentive and kind. They are very helpful and ensure you find what you need. I always go here for my birthday because they have a great birthday discount. I love that you can customize some of the jewelry.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the staff here. I came in after placing an order for pick up that I was unsure was right for the recipient. Not only were they all super sweet and friendly, they also walked me through a few other products until I found one I felt was a better fit. They even thought to ask if the person wearing it would have issues with the type of clasp the product had. I never would have thought of that! Would highly recommend such a great team/store for helping holiday shoppers this season. Overall a great experience!
