My husband, Matt, and I both had an exceptional experience working with Jeremy to help find our forever home. From the start, Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market and guided us through every step of the process with clear and consistent communication. He was able to help show us houses at the last minute (due to my husband’s job drastically changing), always answered his phone via texts or calls, had such a friendly, funny, and calm demeanor, and always provided detailed feedback literally about everything.

I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough for his incredible dedication and expertise in the real estate market. From our first meeting to the final closing, Jeremy went above and beyond in every aspect of selling my home. A perfect example of this was when I wasn't able to get to the property because of work, Jeremy went over and helped clean the shed and weed the garden to make it more presentable. Kaplan and Co's strategic marketing, attention to detail, and proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process, smooth and successful. My home sold with multiple offers above asking price when other units in the townhome community were sitting on the market due to improper pricing and poor marketing. Jeremy was amazing to work with, he is committed to making his clients feel like they are his #1 priority and found us our dream home in just one showing! He goes above and beyond for his clients, unlike any realtor we have ever worked with. He truly provides white glove service, from working closely with our mortgage broker and attorney, to coordinating all of our inspections and working to get us quotes from various vendors during the due diligence period. Jeremy was ultimately able to negotiate a new roof for our house less than two weeks before closing! I would absolutely recommend Jeremy to family and friends and work with him again in the future.

I would not dream of selling a house without Jeremy. My brother and I reached out to Jeremy based upon recommendations from several friends, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Following our initial meeting where he answered our questions and responded to our concerns, Jeremy quickly lifted all the worry and apprehension off our shoulders. This worry and apprehension was exasperated by several road blocks, and with that Jeremy was very upfront about the process and very transparent with constant communication in moving forward. In moving through the sale, Jeremy tackled every issue which included working with the Home Owners Association and several law groups. When all was said and done, there were no surprises, no loose ends, and lots of smiles.

If there were more than 5 stars to leave Jeremy, I would. After almost a year of looking for a home, and almost a dozen rejected offers, we reached out to Jeremy. Jeremy is fun to work with, a straight shooter, and an incredible advocate. He has supported us every step of the way, all the way through overseeing the final work the sellers agreed to do before closing on closing day. My fiancé and I worked with Jeremy Kaplan on finding the first home that either of us have ever purchased. Before meeting Jeremy, we had done a ton of research about the home buying process and felt confident in our ability to navigate Raleigh’s particularly hot real estate market. Jeremy was able to simply explain everything we didn’t know and, more importantly, he respectfully walked us through everything we had incorrectly assumed! He is incredibly hard-working, quickly responsive to the smallest of questions, honest in his business, intelligent and very likeable. We’ve been impressed from the day we met him till our closing day.
