I recently had a great experience at Just Tires. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the right tires for my vehicle. Honestly the front desk is super nice. But they don’t do what they say they are going to and when you ask them about it they lie so there’s that. Asked multiple times before I came to pick my truck up If the rotation AND balance were done. Was assured it was. Asked again when I picked it up. How bad was the balance. Oh it wasn’t that bad they said. Get going down the road and notice I still had a bad balance. I thought maybe I’m just crazy I’ll check to make sure they did the rotation. Nope. Not only did they not do the balance they didn’t do the rotation. I had to check the oil just to make sure that was actually done too. Looks like it was. But, and maybe I’m out of line here, don’t they top off fluids when doing an oil change? At least when I was working in a shop we always did. If that’s still a thing they didn’t do it to mine as the windshield washer fluid indicator was still on. I called back to express my concern again they were not rude but very oh well that sucks and said to drop it off Monday and they will do it. But can I trust you now? No thanks I’d rather just pay someone else to do it all over again than go back. Had high hopes cuz it’s close to work and convenient but I’ll just go somewhere else. Maybe you won’t be disappointed but I was. (Oh and I know they didn’t do the rotation because I have one rim with a scratch and it was still in the same place on the truck.)

I moved but still drive across town to go to this store. They are extremely nice and explain everything. They showed me nail that came out of my tire and dirty air filters before changing them. They are on time with appointments.

When visiting Just Tires at 6051 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27616 on a Wednesday afternoon.
I was greeted with a big welcoming smile by LT the Assistant Manger. I will start with normally my husband handles all automotive responsibilities. BUT I needed to get my tires rotated and balanced and it had been put off from getting long enough and we were taking a long trip to see family in NY the following week. Therefore, it was up to me to take care of business. Again, I arrived and THANK goodness for LT! He immediately came outside checked my tires and told me per Just Tires policy my tires tread was so worn down they weren’t allowed to balance and rotate and I was in desperate need of two new tires. Completely lost I asked what we needed to do. LT explained options told me about different types a treads of tires and honestly went ABOVE and beyond to help me and make sure I understood all options.
I picked the tires needed. Unfortunately, they were not in stock but LT said he could order them and make me an appointment for the following day. He assured he would be working and all would be taken care of. DONE! The following day again, I arrived to LT’s friendly smile welcoming me in and taking my keys and getting everything handled. After the job was complete I went to pay with our Just Tires card as my husband has been going there for years. To our surprise the card wasn’t working. We tried over and over again. Finally called my husband and he called customer service and all was support to be handled. LT and I then proceed to try again and again - NOTHING. By this time the store hours was nearing closing and still I was able to pay with my card. LT then called customer service himself and after what seemed like years we talked through the problem and all worked out and I paid. With all that being said LT is the MVP! I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to help me throughout the tire purchasing process. Thank you, LT for all of your help!

Absolutely! Fantastic service, I had priced tires out online with several shops in the area, Just Tires had the best price. I walked in without an appointment on Friday morning and got 4 new tires and an alignment in under two hours. The shop was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase anything except what I wanted. I will continue to come back to this shop for my future maintenance!

Brought my bmw m4 to fix a nail in the tyre. The Raleigh capital branch of just tyre could not get the tyre off my car and caused this. Then said they can’t remove low profile tyres after pretty much making a mess of the tyre while trying . This I find very strange as I’ve had my low tyres changed there before. They then say I must now get the car to another location and they can try fix it there.I then took the car to the wake forest hat tyre. They were brilliant. And fixed the tyre up perfectly. Fixing. What the capital branch couldn’t do. Kudos wake forest just tyres. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
