Chris in the Crabtree Valley Mall was incredibly helpful. I came in person to try on a pair of shoes I had previously looked at online & he was able to track them down. Not only that but after I left, I noticed some discrepancies between the shoes I tried on & the pictures online but he was able to look into it, confirming they were the correct pair. Always great doing business with people who are personable & willing to help. He gets employee of the month in my book!

I absolutely love this store. Aside from their great products, the service is top-notch. It is a small space, and can seem crowded at times. Despite this, they had several staff helping customers and each one went above and beyond. We were looking for a boot to wear in snowy weather and they brought us out every boot and explained how each one would serve its purpose and made sure they met our needs and in the price point we were budgeted for. This type of service can be hard to find but you will always have at this location.

The staff was very hands on. Very knowledgeable. Atmosphere was a little electric. Very busy but very manageable. I loved the way they served my brother. If we had questions, it was not a problem.

Love the staff here, always satisfied. They try their best to make it easy for you and get what you want, even though if it’s not at the store they can ship it to you’re house.

Terrible service. The two clerks at the front desk did not even ask me if I needed help. They were having their own conversation. I asked a new clerk to see shoes. He needed help because he was inexperienced. I left. It's a shame because I have purchased shoes from this location in the past.

My husband loves their shoes and footwear related accessories. They're all genuine leather and extremely comfortable for his flatter feet. The staff at the Crabtree location are also very friendly and knowledgeable about their shoes and shoe care/maintenance.J&M as a brand has a variety of offerings but their clothing is a little underwhelming. Their shirts and pants all look stylish, well cut, and feel comfortable to the touch, but many of them are rayon blends which makes them thinner and wear out quickly when compared to Brookes Brothers or Banana Republic. Their shoes however, are worth the investment.

Very patient employee who knew her business and was extremely helpful. I have a narrow hard to fit foot but found 4 pairs of shoes. Unbelievable!!

This place is amazing! I went into the mall looking for an outfit for a big interview I have coming up, I was completely at lost of what to wear and how everything would come together. I was welcomed by the nicest most honest person I could have met(I feel so bad I can't remember his name). He helped me find the right pants, shirt, shoes, belt, and even socks for this special occasion. He gave me plenty of options but also helped me boil it down to what would finally become the perfect outfit. He was skilled in all of his knowledge, even in how my feet were shaped to find the right shoe. I now feel ready to concur the interview and ready for such a big change ahead. I now know where to go if i ever need the right fashion advice. If you are in the mall and need help with that perfect outfit I highly advise you to go in, you will be met with perfect customer service, and expertise to help you with whatever event you might need. I Can't say thank you enough!
