Best customer service ever. Last car buying experience was so bad, I waited 14 years to buy another one. Everyone was extremely polite and went out of their way to be helpful. No hard sell tactics, bait and switch etc. Plus, as a woman, I appreciated the way I was treated with dignity and respect. I dealt with Jackson, Todd and Ken. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

What a phenomenal experience! Tommy helped narrow down what I was looking for in my next car in the beginning, then the test drive was wonderful! He made the process as painless as car buying can be. Even grabbing me dinner while I was waiting for all the paperwork, which was probably the most “above and beyond” experience I’ve ever had. Please consider promoting Tommy with a substantial raise! Finally, Lisa made it easy to find the right maintenance package and Megan helped review all the technology in my new Lexis RX. Overall, this team is outstanding!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This was a car buying experience that makes you want to go back just for the customer service. Zach was Awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant in purchasing my new 2024 vehicle. From me trying to decide to closing the deal with Jerome in finance, loves every moment I spent.

Brandon W. was the best sales rep and went out of his way to show us multiple vehicles, all of which exceeded our expectations as to what we requested. The entire purchase process was easy, with Lisa M. making the paperwork signing fast and easy. I will definitely purchase another Lexus from Johnson Lexus in Raleigh in the future. Javier in service was amazing. He really is what the Lexus Experience is all about. Really cool, kind, honest, helpful, was just a blast to work with. He kept me updated and explained everything so it made sense. Javier helped me work everything out from drop-off to pickup with my busy schedule. I was welcomed by my expert rep name Rico, and from check in to check everything was exactly what I expected and more.Lexus also has a section for you to snack on if you haven't had anything to Latte's, coffee, breakfast bar and etc.Im definitely glad I purchased my vehicle from Johnson Lexus.Kudo' to Rico
