The Lexus we purchased is a pleasure to drive. We have taken it in for service twice and our experience has been very good both times. The Lexus brand is a quality product and Johnson Lexus of Raleigh provides excellent service.

Update 12/08/2023. I am updating my previous review to reflect on my most recent experience with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. On 12/04/2023 I received 2 voicemails and an email from Mr. Dalton who is the General Manager at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. To my surprise, he was trying to get a hold of me to work out a resolution to my problem. He was very professional and started the conversation with an apology for the previous lack of communication. It seems that the lack of communication was due to a misunderstanding between others that work at the dealership. Anyway, once this was understood, Mr. Dalton proceeded to explain to me what he had planned as a resolution and I was very impressed with his plan. He stressed that my experience with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh was far from normal and that he was upset that this problem wasn't dealt with sooner. Also, he was concerned that the vehicle I purchased wasn't up to their standards and that I did not have a vehicle to drive. So he immediately offered to have the vehicle I purchased shipped back to them for the needed repairs and also sent me an absolutely beautiful 2024 Lexus ES350 to use while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. In my opinion, his plan was above and beyond all of my expectations especially since I live 200 miles from Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. They still have my vehicle as of this writing but the delay is due to myself. The coolant leak the vehicle had was repaired within 24 hours, but I also requested that while the vehicle is being repaired for the leak that they take a look at some other minor issues. Thankfully, Mr. Dalton agreed to handle my request. Throughout the week Mr. Dalton has kept me thoroughly updated on the status of the repairs (mostly waiting for parts) and I feel very confident that the vehicle will be top-notch when I get it back. I will update on that when I get my vehicle back. Thank you Mr. Dalton and Johnson Lexus of Raleigh for the GREAT customer service!

I am very upset with Johnson Lexus ..We bought a used Lexus for a pretty price in May .Today ,first of November the Tire Pressure monitor light came on .It turns out Johnson Lexus sold us a car with two tires that had been repaired with " Gum plugs".Three plugs total.The tire dealer told me these are meant to be a temporary repair and are not safe for continued driving .So apparently with all the inspections ( twice ) of our car prior to sale -and car service since -No ONE picked up on,or no one cared ,that we were being sent out with two unsafe tires .

Classy! This new design (since I have been here). Makes me feel like I am driving a Bentley or something !! The store is really nice and clean. Associates are really nice. Makes me feel like the right decision was made to get a lexus

I contacted Johnson Lexus of Raleigh due to a notification I receive. That was the biggest mistake once again the Lexus dealership in Raleigh fell short. I just can't believe the level of incompetence and the lack of customer service is unbelievable! I had a feeling i was wasting my time calling and my instinct was exactly righ. I spoke to Wendy and let me say the level of understanding is lacking. I mean how can you complicate something so simple. Yet again dealing with this dealership never fails to disappoint!!

Mr Ken Ward's professionalism and customer service 10/10. I had an all-around pleasant experience at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh! Previously, I had purchased 6 Lexus cars throughout the years from Johnson Lexus since 2001. With the help from Mr Ken Ward, I had purchased an ES model in April 2022. I was out on the lot in casual sweatpants and hoodie, and no one came out to greet us. Mr Ward approached us and was very nice and showed us a few cars that we were interested in. I did not anticipated on leaving with a car, but Mr Ward changed my mind and I bought the ES from him that very same day! Mr Ken Ward's excellent customer service is top notch and outstanding, which compelled me to visit him with the purchase of my 2nd vehicle from him. This time Mr Ward helped me with the IS 300 F Sport. He took the time and explained everything and was very accommodating in providing me that test drive experience. As such, Mr Ward has provided me the excellent test driving experience, I ended up with my dream car. He made sure I was completely satisfied, and ensured the vehicle was cleaned, detailed and buffed. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Financial Manager, Azza was honest, helpful, and professional as I had expected to be offered to buy this and that plan, but Azza only recommended what I needed. Azza worked with me, and I rate her 10/10. Eric Dahlgren, Lexus Technology and Delivery Manager, was cheerful and explained every features of the car. Eric was funny and made learning fun. I rate Eric 9.7/10 for our short interaction. Mr Ken Ward, thank you sir for all that you do for your clients. I am looking forward to purchase a 3rd car from you soon now that I am interested in hybrid models per your recommendation. You are the reason we came back to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh! I was fortunate enough to buy a RX 350 Hybrid from Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. The experience was a 5-star experience all of the way. I can't say enough good things about Marcus Baldwin and the sales manager at Johnson. This automobile has fairly complicated controls and electronics and Johnson provided an afternoon of IT instruction and has offered on-going support. Attention to detail was front and center.Mark L.

At first I had bad sale and with one of the sale manager But end up Chad and Mike the sales manager had reach out to me and now I will different with either one of them from now now. So whoever conscious is trying to buy a brand new car for you from them ask for the Sale Manager Mike or Chad you will definitely be happy.

I had an all-around pleasant experience at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh! Although my latest visit wasn't the first time buying from them, the customer service and purchasing process was amazing, and has been every time! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They treat and accommodate their customers as if they're family. The buying process was timely and easy to understand. Ken Ward and Azza are spectacular people. Ken was endlessly kind and communicative. Azza was so patient, and she walked through the costs of everything. They were honest, helpful, and professional about everything at each step of the way, with extra benefits regarding warranties and free services (and we were given an umbrella hehe.) There was never any pressure to buy, and they let their customers decide what to do. Johnson Lexus of Raleigh won't let their customers leave without having their cars perfect, and without providing a rundown of all of the features! In the showroom, a beautiful bow was placed on the car. Ken and Eric gave me space to take photos. Ken pointed out a blemish on the car that was being purchased that wasn't noticed before, and said that it'll be buffed out and taken care of! Then, Eric joyfully walked me through every feature of the car! Amazing attitudes and customer care. Overall, stellar customer service and buying process! Loyal Lexus lover for life!

When I walked into the nearly empty show room at Johnson Lexus Durham not one salesperson wanted to help me. I left feeling invisible. When I went to the Raleigh Johnson Lexus it was a night and day experience. I was greeted immediately with friendly staff, ready to help. Zach Gray was awesome to work with. He treated me with respect and patience. He was always helpful and informative. Zach helped me so much in navigating which vehicle would be the best for my family. He raised the bar back to what I expect at Lexus, as a long time customer. If you're looking for a vehicle, ask for Zach Gray! You won't be sorry!

On our way to ny. Got a message about power steering on the dash board display . Called them. Said please come in for check up. The staff is very helpful. Got there around 10:00am. We were seen by a service advisor right away. They found the problem. Negative battery terminal was funky. It does not get better than this.Excellent service. Excellent people.

I was visiting my Mother-In-Law and driving her pre-owned Lexus SUV when her TPM light illuminated. Turns out she had a nail in her sidewall.This was a last minute situation, but the dealer was super accommodating and was able to get the vehicle written up for me on a Saturday morning. We had a big party we needed to set up for and the vehicle was important to the entire setup so they knew we needed the vehicle back sooner than later.I work in the industry so I know all about those situations. Again they were more than accommodating and very informative through every step of the way.It was a pleasure to work with Bill! He was also able to have the tech knock out a maintenance service that was overdue, all within a very short amount of time.I was impressed. Great job, team.
