I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Mr. Zack Gray as I purchased my used vehicle. He took his time to explain detailed items to me. He took me on a test drive, changed vehicles to accommodate my need for a full sized spear tire, directed me as to how to discuss insurance information and mailed me a hand written thank you note. I wish that all car dealers were as polite and kind as Zack was. The process was stressless. I will purchase another car from Johnson Lexus and have referred family and friends to Mr. Gray.Sincerely,Stephanie Tatum

I had a pleasant experience at Johnson AutoPlex. Daniel was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make my car buying experience less stressful. Considering I came in from Greensboro, he made the experience as easy as possible in getting all the necessary paperwork and issues resolved. Thanks Daniel!

I purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 with the help of Daniel Alexander. He was very kind throughout the initial meeting and even though it was raining outside he still went the extra mile to show me the car, go over some of the features and even went for a test drive with me. Daniel was also unbiased when voicing my concerns and took the time out to listen and help me reach an agreement. I truly recommend checking Dan out next time you are looking for a used vehicle!

Johnson Autoplex provided a fantastic car buying experience. Our salesperson Daniel Alexander was both attentive and not afraid to ask his manager the tough questions we brought. They even took the time to take back a vehicle that we did not much care for and replace it with another. The only issue we had between the Nissan Murano & BMW X5 that we purchased was that the X5 required a new Battery which was a little bit expensive but both vehicles run solid. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Daniel Alexander to my family & friends.

My experience at Johnson Autoplex was far better than I had anticipated. I typically bargain for used cars with private dealers, but didn't have the luxury of spending countless hours searching for a car with a CarFax report that was clean. Johnson Autoplex had the make of car I was looking for, in excellent condition, great vehicle history, and the lowest price. Daniel was my salesman and I definitely recommend that you seek him out if your in the market for a used car. Very charismatic, honest, and personable - never pushy. This made for a great experience as the car sold itself. They give a limited warranty on the engines of all cars for free (it is definitely limited - only covers lubricated parts). They do have more comprehensive warranties, but they are pricey.

We purchased a 2007 VW Rabbit. Daniel was our salesman. He went the extra mile to close the sale. Eddie also helped with pricing. We think you need to check out Johnson Autoplex for a good deal on a car.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was skeptical about this dealership, but I found a car that I really liked and decided to check Johnson Autoplex out. Let me just say this was my first time buying a car, and it was by far the best experience I could have had. All the people were so helpful and made sure any questions or concerns I had were taken care of promptly and thoroughly. Apparently they are under new management and all the comments below are much out of date. If you are looking for a high quality used car at a great price plus great service then I would highly recommend Johnson Autoplex. The transaction/test drive/and information inquiries were so easy, Berry was my salesmen and he texted me about a week after my purchase to make sure I was liking my car and that everything was going the way I wanted. I didn't feel like I was ever pushed to buy a certain car, but yet helped to find the right car for my needs. Definitely a great experience and an even better dealership!

During an online search, found a car I wanted to see, so made the trip to JA. Although the carfax report was clean, I immediately noticed some body damage, bad paint on the right-rear fender of the vehicle. Was told by the salesperson that "Honda paint tends to do that over time"--yet this car was a 2007 model, and the damage was on the side of the car, not the roof, trunk or hood where paint fading occurs. I pointed out the damage in the lines of the fender, where contours in the sheetmetal had flattened and did not match the left fender. I suggested that even though Carfax was clean, someone had tried to repair it off the books, but they would not even agree there was damage. Took it to an independent mechanic who--without my prompting--immediately spotted the damage, and said it looked like an attempt at a quick fix, probably by original owner... the clearcoat was terrible, and that whoever tried to fix it did a terrible job. Went back to JA, and now the salesman and the manager wanted to "see" the damage. After sharing what I confirmed with the indy mechanic, they conceeded that there was "very minor" damage, but were sure the fender had never been painted over, even though he measured a paint reading of 6.5-7 when the rest of the car was 4.5-5. but that his paint guy could clean up the clear coat and make it look "good as new" and get me on my way with my shiny new car. From a customer service standpoint, I found both the salesman to be friendly, but the salesman and the manager to be a bit Badger-y. For example, when I first mentioned the body damage, the reply was not "Hey, we'll have the service people check it out..." but "Honda paint tends to do that over time. We have three other people who have looked at this car in the last two days. Are you interested or not?" Seems to be all about getting cars out the door at JA. I ended up at a small, independent dealer, where I got the same car for a grand less, in perfect shape, and truly pleasant, non-pushy service experience.

Well the above review is writen by an employee. This place may not have badgers in the begining but they are very unorginized. They will sit you down and ask you what you are looking to pay and start telling you numbers. They will delay you and let you take the car home so you get attached and then when you come back will start raising the interest rates or finding other reasons that you have to pay more. The dealer even had all the paperwork ready to sign, but we wanted to check with our bank for a better rate. We returned the next day to sign because the bank could not beat it and they said that rate is not possible and raised it 8%. Not cool!!! After 4 DAYS and them telling us they can't even get close to what they said they could do at the beginning we asked for our down payment check back, but the manager that had it, magically disappeared (Even though we were taling to him 5 minutes ago). He finally returned after multiple times trying to reach him on his cell phone. There was a lot of lying and dishonesty here. I do not recommend it at all. The coffee was good though.
