I love Jimmy John's but I got a turkey hoagie and it only had a slice of turkey a pinch of lettuce what kind of hoagie is that I was supposed to get credit and now they act like they didn't make the mistake I will get in touch with corporate show them the pictures of my poor broke down meatless sandwiche

The white boy that works there is the nicest. He's extremely good looking as well. Food is made quickly. Everything is on point.

Person at the register looked angry for some unknown reason the whole time. The guy making the sandwich was great, very personable. Food was quite good but bread was getting stale. It was later at night so I guess it is what it is but overall decent visit.

The person taking my order was on his phone texting. He took my order, but he was texting someone on his phone. I went to pay and I was struggling with the tap feature since most merchants have that feature. It asked me to leave a tip. In fact I was taken back that it pretty much forced you to leave a tip.A young lady handed me my sandwich and I was going to leave. He startled me by leaning over the counter and told me "you still have to pay" I thought I did. I tried to tap again and he proceeded to tell me that they didn't do Tap. Had he been paying attention he would have known I was trying to tap.Then when I got back to my hotel, the sandwich was in stake bread. It was not fresh. When you tap the bread it should not tap.This is not acceptable. I won't go to a Jimmy John's again.

Find a better Jimmy John's. This store will lie about delivery times and harass you when you try to find out when it's arriving. The staff are rude, lie, and don't care about the customer. Management sounds as incompetent so I recommend staying away until corporate can get better people involved here.

Very slow! It is always very slow. Placed a mobile order and watched people come in, order, and get their order after I drove 20 minutes to pick up.

Overall, super disappointed with the Jimmy John's. They always mess up my order (missing items, customization wrong, order wrong, etc.). Additionally, a lot of times they say they only have one delivery driver so there's a long delay in the order. I wish they'd allow us to pick a different delivery option like Uber eats or something during these times. I know I'll still order from here when hungover, but I'll be incredibly disappointed.

Hello all! Here I am again with another raving Jimmy John's review. I know I said I was going to stay away from the place for a while, but ultimately, I really like Jimmy John's. I believe it's just a matter of which one you go to that determines the decision on coming back or not. There are two locations near me, one is on Page Rd and the other Brier Creek. Because I've had discrepancies with one location I switched and decided to go back to Briar Creek. there is never a real problem with the food, or the location/ambience of the establishment. However, for this particular review, it just simply boils down to listening. Anytime order is placed, just to be sure, it is always best to read the order back. In this instance, I didn't request it because he seemed like he was on the same page when he was ringing up my order, as I was reading it from a previous order because I have the Jimmy John's app. after my sub was prepared, the young lady that served it began reading the receipt/order of my food. she just so happened to mention "no mayo" and I immediately stated that I did not ask for no mayo on my sandwich. The workers were apologetic and I that was it for me. I grabbed my food and I left. Now when I got home, that's a whole other thing. Now remember, I stated that I was reading the condiments that I wanted on my sub directly from a previous order because I have the app installed on my phone. So not only was the mayo not on the sandwich, there were also tomatoes which I asked not to be placed on my sandwich. Any other circumstances I would've checked before I left. But, I trust or am supposed to trust that you got my order correctly so I shouldn't have to check. or I would've gone back to the store to have them remake it but because I am on only a hour lunch and had to run a previous errand before picking up my lunch, I was unable to do so. Going back to the establishment would it just been a waste of gas, so I just took the tomatoes off. But my point to all this, is that if I was allergic to tomatoes, because the tomato has already touched the sandwich, it would be a waste of a meal all because someone ringing up the order wasn't listening as they should, and verifying what they heard. The main part of this review is to hopefully urge management to ensure that their employees are paying attention to the orders that are being placed, be sure to confirm if the order is placed in person and also pay attention, even when the order is placed online to make sure you don't miss anything. Hope someone takes the time to review either a customer or member of management. These reviews are ultimately not to downgrade someone's work or talk junk about the establishment is only to better in the future for people to return, enjoy the food and ensure that their order is being prepared as they see fit.

My first and last time!Delivery came true Door Dash after almost 2h (online says 20 min)and a sub was missing so I decided to go to the location and they fixed me the sub but when I went home and open up all the subs they were wrong!!!Never again! I lost my money and hours around this people.
