I accidentally ordered the wrong item last night, filed a cancelation form and then called in first thing this morning to cancel it. I was assured by the lady on the phone at 9:13et that she was sending it straight to the warehouse. 3 1/2 hours later I got an "I'm so sorry " email! Been trying to call since 1:30et. First time they hung up on me after 52 minutes and 55 seconds! This time there's 12 callers ahead of me and it "should " take 12 minutes to answer my call. Home delivery. Jerry's tells you to refuse the package but it is left at your door, no signature required so you don't even have the opportunity to refuse it. I might as well have return information now so I can throw both the correct order and the incorrect in the truck and take it wherever it needs to be returned to. Will not order from again and once I get my money back- I will close my account, unsubscribe and send them to the junk mail folder. I wasn't happy with the Old Holland oil paints I ordered from them anyway. Charvin from them probably won't measure up either.

i had a worker come and help me and my cousin and took his time explaining everything to us and even more i got nothing but good things to say about this store everyone is so welcoming and helpful

I learned the hard way that if you want translucent glass paint, you can find it on amazon; if you want really beautiful translucent glass paint, go to Jerry's!

My loved one (who happens to have Autism) has worked at this Jerry’s for over 11 years now. She has always been treated with kindness and respect, including current management. Jerry’s Artarama is a very inclusive employer to work for and I can attest to this, as can my loved one and my loved one’s employee support staff. Please continue to support business like this one!

Heard a manager, Brenden or something, yelling at an autistic employee. I won't be returning here unless the company replies to this that he's been fired. Someone who screams at employees shouldn't be in management, EVER. That's not leadership.

Disappointed in my first online order from Jerry’s particularly the brush size! Perhaps it’s better to shop in person if they have a brick and mortar store. Here’s a photo of a number 10 creative Mark squirrel brush which is unbelievably tiny.! they advertise it as being a “large” # 10. See in the photo, the brush head next to a large paper clip.

Was super excited to check this store out and upon entering the cashier could tell I'd not been in before and asked if i needed help looking for anything. I asked if they sold yarn (I use several mediums to create art, yarn being one of them at the moment) and her reply absolutely floored me... She said "no.. this is an art store, not a craft store" in an incredibly rude and condescending way. My husband and I couldn't believe how rudely she phrased the answer that we turned on our heels and promptly left.

So happy to find supplies I would otherwise have to order online. I drove from Fayetteville to come here because the local chain art store does not carry specialty supplies.

JERRY'S Is my go to place for art supplies. Nearly all my art supply purchases are through them, especially large canvases. JERRY'S is the place! I paint on large canvases and you just can't beat their prices. The same is true of their oil paints or any other supplies, I might need. It's not just a small savings, or I would certainly buy local. I believe in buying local, whenever possibleJerry's offers free shipping on orders over $59. You can't beat that.,Their quality is as excellent, as the brand you buy. They carry many. Yes, I buy nearly all my art supplies from Jerry's Artarama. I say nearly, because there are things I need to see and touch. With my brushes, I need to know how they will respond to paint on canvas. To know that, I need to feel them and see how they move. I'm very particular about my brushes. Not that I take good care of them, once I get them.... LOL! Sadly, I don't. Initially though, I like to buy those in person. The better the brush, the easier it is to implement what you want on the canvas or paper, or anything really. I invest in good brushes! So, I go to Michael's for brushes and also for my odorless turpentine. Btw, odorless turpentine is not odorless, but regular turpentine will explode your head! . So why not 5 stars? Well, I think their website is a bit confusing and not so user friendly. I get why that probably is. They carry a massive amount of supplies. Still, I think they should clean it up some because when I type in stuff I'm looking for, it doesn't really go there.

Jerry’s recently framed seven pieces for me. I picked up 5 of the 7 this evening and each is exactly what I hoped for. Aside from the great quality of work & price, the people at Jerry’s are exceptional to work with.

Large selection of top brands and good delivery I have ordered at least 8 times without any issue but on my last order I mistakenly ordered an oil paint instead of acrylic , that's where the fun starts. It took me almost 5 days and 15 attempts to have someone at Jerry's customer service answer the call. It just rang continuously. Once connected it was smooth sailing. Good thing because my patience was wearing thin.
