Every staff member here has been accommodating, knowledgable, and quick to respond to concerns. I'll be missing their services once I move out of state and hope that the new State Farm agent I have will be just as great, if not better (which I doublt).

Insurance is a necessary evil that nobody likes to deal with. Jackie's team however, is a breath of fresh air. I found them six months ago and they have been the best experience I have ever had with any organization I have ever dealt with. We had a claim within 10 days of signing the policy and I have never had an easier auto claim. Even got a hand written birthday card from them. Attentive, caring, and helpful service any time you need them and fantastic rates.

I needed help switching over my renter's insurance, and talked with Emily this morning who was amazing! She was so sweet, took time to ask about myself, and we chatted over similar interests (aside from the insurance). She was so personable, was quick and efficient, and had it done within minutes! Samantha was amazing! She actually contacted my apartment complex directly to get the correct information that they needed. It’d been a worry for awhile and I did not expect that type of service. She also updated my address and helped with my insurance questions. I will definitely call her directly with any questions I have in the future!
