After verifying over the phone a specific boot and size was in stock, drove 3 hrs to purchase them along with a few other hard to find hand tools. Both phone and in store experience was excellent! Hard to find a trade specific store like this anymore.

Very polite and patient staff, great products and convenient if you live in Raleigh. That being said I've had a couple items take a longer than expected to arrive at their own store, there are no price tags in the store, and they are only open during the week days when most of us are at work
