Julie, the owner of this store, was amazing.
I have struggled MY ENTIRE life to find the correct bra for me.
She inspected and measured me said "I have just the thing." She left my fitting room and came back with the best fitting bra I'd ever put on in my life. I was amazed when I left. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I honestly can't wait to go back.

Wonderful experience! I typically dread buying bras as I feel like it’s a constant trial and error. Only this time, I had the assistance of a fabulous fitter - Bambu! I left ecstatic about my purchase. ?Don’t delay anymore. J Alane’s is now my choice. Good bye department stores. ??

Just wow. I am happy to recommend this place twice--once for the inviting boutique atmosphere and once again for how much care Julie took in making my wife feel comfortable and -actually happy- with what she left with. Ladies, husbands, you -know- that finding something intimate that both looks pretty and feels fabulous is often an ordeal, and they know it here too!Julie was patient, guiding, and a flashed her supportive sense of humor just right as my wife had her first fitting in years. Not only did she quickly earn my wife's trust , but she knew her brands, she knew her stock, she knew how different bras would pull this-way-and-that under overgarments, and how they would feel being worn all day. Most of all she knew what was going to recommend next as she quickly zeroed in on choices that won a loud "Like it? I love it!" from my wife. And as someone who has a small band size but large cups, my wife usually has a difficult time choosing what to settle for. Today instead of just one "little bit of fun" she left the store with three items, including an every day bra that makes her feel pretty.I can confidently say that the "husband chairs" were comfortable to sit in too! They have a lovely selection here that is surprisingly varied and deep, including some absolutely lovely robes and loungewear made right here in the USA!. For an area that loves to support local, I think J Alane's fits just right. We'll be back to look around some more.

I really never give reviews but this experience has me upset. I’ve been to many bra stores for fittings as I’m a 34 DDD, so when I walked in I was expecting help from someone. One nice girl tried to help me but she clearly was not a fitter and needed to ask the other employee what to do. The other employee didn’t even address me but rudely talked about me behind the counter. She went back to give another woman a full fitting (I would have happily waited until she was free) and had three bras thrown at me by the other girl. I was able to find one that fit but received no expertise or help or a real fitting which I truly needed. I won’t be coming back.

I can not express how much I LOVE this store and the staff. I live out of state (14 hours), and I will only ever come here to get my bras when I come to see family. This has been the only store to help a big busted woman like myself. The staff are super helpful and friendly when I need to be sized and fitted and the quality of the bras are so good. I was wearing a bra 3 sizes below what I should have been, and they fixed that right away for me. I will continue to get my bras here despite living out of state. Best bra store EVER!

I visited J. Alanes for the first time earlier this week for a scheduled bra fitting. Julie and Beth provided exceptional service. Not only did they find the perfect bras for me, they also took the time to explain why some worked and some didn't. I walked away feeling so pampering and so much better informed about what types of bras work for me and which ones do not. I am definitely coming back again!

Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. I was approached by a white women who seemed to be sweet at first but then as I went to look around the store she kept hounding me on what I was looking for and if I was “scared of the price”. We move into the dressing room and she’s waiting outside impatiently may I add to see how the bra fits. After a couple more try ons she continues to barge in my dressing room with no knock or verbal statement that she was coming in. Very unprofessional and very Uncomforting. I can’t forget her comments on my back fat when I was trying on the bras. Terrible place
