The customer service at JA & Nails is top-notch! I’ve been going to Tom for my mani and pedi care for nearly 7 years. He makes sure everything looks perfect! You would never know that my big toenails aren’t my real nails. I had botched ingrown toenail surgery years ago and my toenails don’t grow very much. He works miracles so that I’m not embarrassed of my feet.

OVERPRICED and under qualified. First three pictures are what I got, the last three are what I asked for. If you're looking for a place that does good acrylic sets, this is not the place. Maybe it was just the nail tech I had. I didn't ask her name because I knew I wasn't ever returning to this place again. Acrylics are really a "trust the process" type of thing so there were several times during the process where I thought they'd be bad but then the tech would do something that made them look okay again. By the end, I knew they wouldn't be what I'd asked for, and by then it was too late.
The acrylic application is bumpy and uneven up close, as is the gel polish, the file job isn't good or even, and to make matters worse, this set took 2 and a half hours to do. And to top it all off, they charged me $5 for long nails. Where exactly is the long? I've gotten longer sets for significantly less than what i paid for this one. The price isn't what bothers me, because i would have no issue paying the same at my old salon, where i would've received what i asked for, but this is ridiculous.
They charged $18 for the French tip, and twice more for $5 each because I used two polishes, the white and the glitter. I picked this place because it's within walking distance of my house, but this is the last time I come in here. The 2 stars are because it is a nice little spot, especially if you only want a manicure or pedicure, and the staff are all nice, but they are very limited in what they can do. I didn't even ask for as much as what I usually ask for. Probably would've paid $180 if I did.
Requested style: I requested medium length, French tipped, coffin shaped acrylics with a chunky glitter top coat.
Specialties: Only pedicures and manicures, nothing beyond that.
Cleanliness: Very clean and organized.

Nice greetings, and not that long of a wait. Performed what I asked without trying to over sell anything to me. This will be my number one nail parlor that I will go to. And get gift certificates.
Cleanliness: All of the place I saw was clean, including the restroom.

Went in without an appointment on a Friday evening for a pedicure. They were very busy but I was immediately taken to a chair! The nail tech was extremely thorough with the pedicure and the polish job looks great. VERY reasonable prices all around!

One of the worst Dip nail manicure I’ve had. Took well over an 1.5 hours! Too long! And the party nail, terrible! Its rough on top, and did a terrible job! I’ve had Dip nails done for 3 years and not one salon has charged me to take off when I get a Dip manicure. $65 total! Taking off the Dip is part of the process of having Dip nails. I will not go back. Hate to say, but Tim didn’t do well. I’ve never had Dip manicure take more than an hour and done well.

I don’t know if I got unlucky with the nail tech but they were completely unqualified. The guy drilled down to my nail bed (very painful) and several of my nails broke only days later. I’ve been getting gel manicures for the past 3 years not a single incident until I came to this salon (recently moved to the area). Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They also overcharged me for two plastic nail extensions. I ended up paying $70 for a gel manicure when it should have costed no more than $45.

Thi is my go to man!! I just moved from California & I was looking for someone down here for a while now to do nails like how i like it & luckily I found em! Everyone here is so friendly & services are great! Love love love it!!

I had a full set of dip enhancements done 5 days ago and they were improperly applied. They have all started to detach from the nail bed and one fell off just from brushing my hair. The tools were not cleaned between customers and my nail tech was on the phone for most of the appointment.

Very first time in. Staff was welcoming. I had Jenny do both my pedicure and manicure. She was very gentle and patient. I will be returning to sot with Jenny again!
