Very rude customer service. Was frustrated with the amount of clothes we were trying on “close” to closing time meanwhile they did not close for another hour.

I’ve shopped at other locations and always had a great experience. I’m not sure if the brand itself has gone downhill or it’s just this location. The quality of the clothing is very cheap for what you’re paying. They don’t have a return policy, only a 14 day window for store credit or exchanges - a policy that they do not tell you at checkout. They have a sign posted that is not obvious when you’re checking out, it’s off to the side of the registers, and very easy to miss. Don’t bother coming here if you want quality clothing, especially if you can’t afford to waste money considering their policies.

I’m giving this cute little boutique a 4/5 star rating. It was my very 1st time in this establishment with the sole purpose to visit the visiting jeweler there for a pop-up shop. After a wonderful experience she encouraged me to shop the store and reminded me that “everything” in store is 20%off. I browsed the sunglasses and immediately found a pair I’d fallen in love with. Next, satin lined hair ties were on my radar. The young teenage sales associate said the hair ties are not in the sale. Ok sure. Not a problem. I browsed the jewelry selection and found some cute hoops. The other sales associate asks her coworker and manager a much older white lady who seemed pleasant at first. All was fine until I inquired about their size range. I turned around to look at other items and immediately felt uncomfortable and here’s why. When I turned the two associates and the manager where laughing at my question and her response as if I could never wear anything in that store. I should have left everything at the register. Now I wish I had. I really hate when cute boutiques have nice merchandise and terrible customer service. I completed my purchase with minimal interaction with the staff because I know when I’m not welcome. Just a thought, it costs nothing to be kind and if you’d like to insult your customers, wait until they leave the store. Instead, I felt a bit defeated. Fortunately, I got more than I came, but I won’t be recommending your boutique to others. I would hate for them to experience anything like I experienced today.

I used to love this place, but was surprised how rude the employees are now. None of them greeted me, like every other boutique does, when I walked in. One of the employees kept walking right past me and never greeted me, asked if I needed help finding anything, or offered to get me a dressing room. Very rude and distasteful.

I just wanted to shout out one of the employees. I think her name was Cleo. She is so very kind and helpful. She was training a new employee and I just admired her patience during a stressful situation. The new employee was having trouble charging both a gift card and a debit card. Cleo was doing her best to help and I just really felt like she deserved some recognition. I see you girl!! Thanks for your hard work.

This is the most frustrating place to shop. I’ve gone several times and randomly they are closed when they say they are supposed to be open. You pay full price for things online that are discounted in stores, and their return policy only gets you a gift card - to which you can never use it for anything in store… because they are never open…

My favorite store! This location is awesome. They play really fun music and they have a large selection of really cute clothes. If I need to find a gift or an outfit ASAP for an event, Ivy & Leo is my go-to as I can always find something cute. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to other boutiques of this caliber. The salespeople are super friendly and helpful. The store manager is a sweetheart!

Jennifer is so helpful! She assisted me in finding just the right clothes for my personal style. And I love the new layout of the store. It makes my shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Been meaning to post this for a while. I stop by every time I’m in The Village!

Just came in to look and use up some time, but ended up loving my experience and leaving with some awesome items. I'm not usually a botique shopper. I generally find botique items too expensive for me and not my style. But what I was not expecting was the personal shopping experience of a boutique that you dont find anywhere else in big department stores. Jennifer was so funny and welcoming. She even played with my daughter around the store so I could shop and recruited my daughter to help style me which my daughter absolutely enjoyed. A beautiful moment created for my daughter and I. Thank you.

These girls are so kind! I had purchased a dress and fell in love with it, but ended up returning it since it was too small, and it was the only size left in the company. We were all so sad since we loved the dress on me! One of the girls went out of her way and came into my store a couple days later (I work next door to them) and told me she was at a neighboring store in the Village and saw the dress i loved in my size! She definitely didn't have to do that but it was so sweet of her to think of me. The prices here are also better than other stores in The Village that sell the same stuff
