I'm trying to get 2 pants back. I've been back to the place several times and they can't find them. Bad service. I don't recommend it.

Do not take your items there to be laundered. I took my husband's shirt to be dry cleaned, no stains anywhere on garment, and received the shirt with 2 yellow stained areas. Mind you I inspected the shirt beforehand and knew there were NO stains anywhere prior. I ask them what the hell are these yellow stains in the white areas of the shirt, and no one knew. Just shrugged their shoulders. This overly priced RL polo which was worn once is ruined. I gave them an ear full and was told they would "wash it again". Well the stains remain. So I decided to write this review and not give them my business anymore bc it beats the alternative.

I've been going here for three months. Today I go pick up my shirts and this lady said I was charged incorrectly and changed my 19.94 bill to 46.60 stating they charged me for shirts instead of blouses. I informed her that's an issue she should take up with her employer not me needless to say I won't be going back there!

I have not been in ivory Cleaners and Laundromat, but I will use in the future for dry cleaning items. Also I will use the laundromat should the need arise. It is a busy place and convenient location. A1A hands down.

Do not come here and waste your money staff is disrespectful. Owner has to be in for staff to make any decisions. Most machines don't work like the staff.
Don't spend your money here, it's a dirty place and they disrespect people. Half of their machines are not working.

I’ve been going to this cleanser for 8 years plus and within the past year I’ve been very disappointed drop my clothes off and get my bill but everything time I come to pay it’s different price from what is on my ticket and it’s the same lady doing it she’s telling me my shirts is a dress it’s a 5 dollar shirt I’m done I will never come back poor service that’s why they invested in a new computer system and a different price from what I was told every time . No thanks I’m finding another cleaners.

First time here. The signs say $2.95 and $2.50. For 4 items. I had a collard shirt and sweater. I thought maybe a few bucks more. MY total was $11.00 this is my first and last time here. Bait and switch operations.

I have been using this place for dress shirts and have had no issues until yesterday. I picked up my shirts and was told that one was ripped. I assure you I didn't drop off a ripped shirt. I was told that it came in that way but when I inspected it, it had been pressed and put on a hanger. The lady told me that they "all" noticed it when it came in but yet no one called to tell me that it was damaged before they cleaned it. Instead, they pressed the shirt and put it on a hanger. Seems much more likely to me that they ripped it during the steaming process. Why else would they press a shirt that had a 5 inch rip in it. To make things worse, they then tried to charge me for cleaning the shirt. They only removed the charge after I refused to pay for it. The people there are nice enough and the prices are cheap but be prepared for poor customer service if something happens to your clothes. I will not be returning.
