“Love this location! Beckie and Kim took A LOT of time with us and patiently answered a million questions. Then took more time to get us set up with new phones, making sure everything transferred properly and worked. When one of the phones had a problem, Beckie spent another hour trouble shooting to get that fixed. Yes, we were there for quite a while, being assisted the entire time. Also, in the time we were there we observed excellent team work with their other associates to ensure everyone in the store was approached, problems addressed, and happy, satisfied customers left. I never ever heard "there is nothing we can do about it". I will drive all the way back to Raleigh (1 hour drive) just to deal with these people because I know they will do EVERYTHING they can to help me.

We have been with another cell company for 15 years and never received customer service like we did in this T-Mobile location!”

“I want to nominate Tyler for the Verizon Business Employee of the Year award. After the worst remote customer service possible (multiple calls, transferred multiple times), with one trip to the store and the patience to stick with me for an hour, Tyler solved all of my problems. If there is a Verizon executive reading these reviews, (a) the only reason that I am still with Verizon is because of Tyler's customer service; and (b) with regard to the rest of your remote customer service team for business services, you've absolutely failed as an organization. I don't know how such bad customer service is possible. At one point yesterday, one of your phone-based reps (4th call transfer) said, "I don't even know how you got here - why did they transfer me to you?". But back to the silver lining...Tyler is the best!”

“Used to frequent this T-mobile when I worked in the area and they never failed to be nothing less than the sweetest & most helpful representatives I’ve had the pleasure of working with, more specifically a young man named Jedidja who was always hands on and very helpful he even managed to get a few sales out of me that I normally wouldn’t go for. Normally employees that young aren’t very persuasive and don’t have much of a passion for their job but I really felt like he was such a genuine asset to t-mobile and honestly the only representative that I want to work with moving forward. 10/10 would recommend, a promotion is definitely well deserved for that young man.”

“Honestly, I know places like this get a bad rap, but I was extremely pleased with my service here. I needed to get my new phone set up and all the data transferred from my old phone over, which literally took over an hour and a half. I'm 6 months pregnant and the seats in the store are awful - my associate, Kimberley, brought me a more comfortable chair for my wait - such great customer service. And while she left for lunch, her manager checked on my phone's progress regularly, which made me feel like I was never just left hanging. Not to mention, it was super easy to set up an appointment. Very pleased with my experience!”
