“I was a long-time customer of a different insurance company, but when I moved into my current home, I was forced to switch companies for home hazard insurance. Then when the assessed tax value of my home substantially increased and the new insurance company’s rates doubled; it forced me, for the first time ever, to compare rates and coverage with other insurance companies. John at Allstate was awesome to work with, especially given the fact that I asked him a hundred questions. He graciously answered every question, even the ones that I asked over and over. But I was with another agency with state farm and they were not so nice so I switched over to ms Jackie new Kirk and I can say the difference is amazing. Everyone is so nice and respectful and don’t treat you like we just need your payment. I want to shout out to ms Shelia who helped me with switching over my insurance info into another vehicle and giving me all the information I needed also didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me off the phone.
