Ordered an online order. When we arrived to pick the order up (four days and two “your order is ready for pick up” notifications later), the order was in fact not assembled like we had requested online. Spoke with customer service member who was very snippy about online or “.com” orders not communicating with the store. How is this a thing with a huge store like Home Depot?! After dealing with a representative over the phone about a solution (or lack there of), ultimately decided to take our order ($800 worth) to shop local, and would advise others to do the same. Thanks for the poor customer service Home Depot, will never purchase from you again!

Need to hire competent leadership. Many problems in this store, leadership offer no solution, they just ignore it all because they lack creativity or education. Therefore the employees suffers the consequences. Head quarters is even worse! I don't understand how can an incompetent business stay open?

I pre-ordered a generator and I live in Wilmington. As I am driving to the store, they canceled my order.

The customer service at this store is pretty much dead. It took me 50 minutes to to get a piece of plywood and have someone cut it. Many more examples, but this is the last one I encountered.

Friendly staff, but research your products well. I've bought items from them promoted as 'great', but they died within a year and the comments on their website filled up with 'avoid this crappy product, should never have made it to their shelves." Considering the co-founder of the store spends his profits on things I don't want my money going to, there's not reason to shop here. Poor products and poorly used profits. With so many other home supply stores around, it's easy to spend elsewhere. Especially locally owned, where the money stays here instead of flowing to Washington to support hate.

I've been going to this home depot for about 3 months now since moving to the area. They always keep the store clean, staff are easy to find to get assistance, and products are well stocked. My friend who also rides a motorcycle got kicked out once for keeping his helmet on, I've never had this issue nor is it marked on the door.

The Home Depot has brought a ray of warmth and assistance lately. Imagine someone saying that about a hardware store?!? I'm serious though. Twice recently I've been to The Home Depot to purchase lock sets. The trips were for two different purposes and on each occasion, Scott did a superb job helping me. I was so pleased when I walked away today that I could have hugged him. Here's how awesome he was today: I needed to look at upgrading my deadbolt and some other exterior locks. Apparently, the deadbolt didn't need to be upgraded. He taught me all about the inner workings of my smart-lock deadbolt and even threw me some extra spare keys they're overstocked with and the department doesn't need. Our conversation was informative, helpful, and personable. He also taught me about general smart lock doors and demonstrated how I could use and re-key each of them. Seriously, above and beyond. This location also hosts free workshops. Examples: Menu Board, Easy Bath Updates, and making other home decor. Did you read that? They are FREE. So for someone like me who likes to do it myself, but doesn't always know how, I can learn for free and not ruin all my walls through trial and error. Finally, I recently got in-home estimates for upgrading my windows. I was going to go with Lowe's -- they're actually cheaper, but the Home Depot service was better all around. I've had the estimates and inspections and will not be doing the installation immediately, but now that I'm so impressed by how Home Depot's staff literally explained the whole project management process and has a great digital system for communicating to the customer, HD is where I'll go when I'm ready. Thanks for helping me #Adult and feel good about it.

bought a husky compressor and had an extended warranty added for 3 years. it quit working after 5 months, and called the number on extended warranty folder, 45 minutes later got sent to another husky rep and 45 more minutes they agreed to send some parts so I can try to fix it. pretty disappointing customer service and not happy with product. guess I need to check out Lowes.

I wish I could give this Home Depot zero stars. My wife and I bought three appliances from this store: a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. Upon delivery on SEPTEMBER 18TH the microwave had a large dent and scratch on the side and the dishwasher had a large dent and scratch on the bottom corner. The damage to both appliances were easily noticeable. When my wife calls Home Depot THEY HAVE THE NERVES TO SAY THAT WE DAMAGED THE APPLIANCES OURSELVES. The issue is that Home Depot uses a third party company to deliver and a fourth party company to install. After HOURS upon HOURS of my wife being on the phone with BOTH companies (because apparently the two companies want nothing to do with each other), they finally decided to send the fourth party company to uninstall on OCTOBER 3RD. Now the company that uninstalled the appliances left them in our garage because they won't do deliveries. The company to deliver the appliances won't come out until FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4TH, and guess what, THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLS THE APPLIANCES REFUSES TO DO SAME DAY INSTALLATION. Which means, we won't have the appliances for FIVE+ DAYS. The situation has been a total nightmare. My wife has been moved to tears over the frustration. We will not be customers of and Home Depot again. DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!

I ordered items I needed for a DIY project online and then went to pick up in-store. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan, who loaded the lumber and cinder blocks into my car for me!

The parking situation is awkward. The only place I can find my paint at. They have the best paint selection ever. They aren't good at make keys because they messed up my spare keys and it cracked in half. Being a hardware store where you'd expect big vehicles to be, they have the smallest parking spaces on the world. So if you have a big truck your truck will not be able to fit so feel free to take up two parking spaces. Lol If you are looking for doorbells or landscape lighting they are located on the back left of the store. If you ever see a rebate with your rewards card make sure you do it because it will come in handy. They have amazing gardens section. Great deals on special light bulbs specials for the energy efficient type. The store is always clean and and they have a great customer service and will help you find anything you need.

Let me forewarn you if you want to get treated like you're stupid and illiterate go to this store, you'll love it. I went here this morning to try to exchange a pair of broken post hole diggers which have a lifetime warranty on them.
