I am from Germany and have never seen such a sloppy and chaotic store. It's a disgrace for H and M. We couldn't buy anything there because everything was a mess. The staff unmotivated. I would not have expected something like this in the USA.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I normally would never write a post, but I want to make sure to go out of my way to let everyone know how bad this H&M location was. The store was an absolute wreck. There was no organization whatsoever. I could barely find an employee to help with any questions I had. The dressing room was blocked off with clothing racks. One employee in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. She should probably take up another line of work because it seemed as if she really hated her life. It was miserable being in there. No one wants to shop in a hostile environment where they can’t even try on the clothes they like. I put down the items I had planned on purchasing and walked out. Something needs to be done. Awful. The pictures I added make the store look good compared to what it really looks like.

Rude staff and telling me my e-gift card can be use only online when the email said can be use online or in store. After using this e-gift card I’ll never shop at H&M ever again! Crabtree Valley Mall location! Staff is a medium size color man!

What a mess. I’ve never seen an H&M looking like this. Un-shoppable, shocking abuse of product and staff wandering around in a daze. My advice… get runner rails, pick everything up off the floor, clear all the innovation kit of rubbish and dumped product… your store would look 100 times better! Then, get a manager who has fashion retail experience and a motivated team to turn the shop around and maintain it. Your customers deserve better.

I have NEVER bought from H&M yet they send me DAILY emails. I have unsubscribed DAILY, SENT 2 irate replies to them asking them to STOP the emails and still receiving them every day. I would rather go naked than buy from this company EVER. This has gone on for 4 months to date.

I was glad when the store closed for renovation. I saw a new staff that did its job well. and yesterday, I again saw heaps of scattered clothes everywhere. Guys, if this continues, you will turn into a second hand.

Idk who took over this store, but thank goodness! The store looks sooo much better. Updating my review from 1 star to 5.December 2021: Just chaos. I walked in and walked out. Clothes every where on the floor. No organization. Just a mess.

I want to thank the evening team especially Chris, Skye, and Will. They helped me get this outfit together for an important meeting, Chris went around finding pieces that would work well together and fit my body type. Having different suggestions and wonderful attitude about it. He was super efficient and was then doing a great job cleaning up the store afterwords. In the fitting room Skye was wonderful being honest on sizing, fit, and what additional pieces would pair well. Will was able to tie it all together with suggestions for accessories and shoes. Thank you all so much for your amazing customer service and encouragement! It's been years since I've been shopping, and I felt so supported. I will def come back for more

I was desperate to find an inexpensive black blazer for work as it was a requirement as of the new year. After going to 6 other places I found a steal on the clearance rack that not only fit me perfectly, and was $27 but the associate that helped me pay for it celebrated with me and was genuinely happy that I found a great deal. I appreciated her upbeat attitude. I may have skipped out of there, H&M for the win again. Thanks!

Associates are RUDE! They refused to allow me in the dressing room with my daughter and only had one chair to wait outside the dressing room. Claimed this was company policy and said he was a manager at that!! Do not bother spending your money in this store

This location is always messy but I seem to leave with one item. The 3 stars overall is for the customer service. The folks working here are always friendly and helpful.
