I have received excellent customer service from this store as of late because of Jeremiah. On three separate occasions, one on the phone and two other in person, he was extremely helpful in addressing my issue for the day. His assistance has been critical for our jobs.

Terrible service response from field sales and territory manager,i am being charged for a fleet tool (decking gun) i returned these tools 8 times in as many weeks because they kept breaking down,i returned the tool the week before Thanksgiving and still no response,i have e mailed,called,sent registered letters but they do not seem to care.This is not what i expect from Hilti Brand or their staff for that matter. I have been using Hilti since 1996 and never experienced this before, i am disappointed. I will not do business with this branch again.

This place will eat you out of house and home they are very expensive but the work is very very excellent

Showed up at 431 and the store is dark. I spend thousands on these tools that dont impress me whatsoever u can stay a few minutes late.
