Started my 2 kids in January and this was our 3rd school as we’ve been less than impressed with what the others offered and Highland Creek KinderCare is our new permanent home! I’m overjoyed with the communication that we receive, the abundance of photos and feedback especially in the 2 yr old class with Ms Keke and Ms Keondra they always go above and beyond with the crafts and lessons. I confidently drop my kids off and know that they are well loved.Thank you KinderCare for providing me with the much needed peace of mind

My daughter Zoe has been going her for about 2 months now. Best decision that my family could have made. Consistent on sending pictures, communication. My daughter actually likes coming to school and that was not the case before. I had been on the wait list for over a year so it took three chances to get the perfect fit for my daughter but she loves it. Yes they may have staffing issue at times but the director communicate immediately if someone is leaving or out. I was little stress after I read some of the reviews but trust me this is a great school.

We started our daughter here at the end of August due to an unfortunate temporary long-term closure of the daycare we had found closer to our home. We have liked the teachers and staff. They are all extremely friendly and made us feel safe leaving our daughter under their care. We get updates throughout the day on their app, which always puts my mind at ease knowing that she is having a good time. The one thing I have noticed is the amount of turnover with the staff. I don't think this is a fault or cause of the directors leadership, as I have heard this to be the case in other care centers at large. I definitely can't imagine doing the hard work the teachers do taking care of multiple children all day! It's bound to have some turnaround. The classrooms seem to be pretty clean, and the children always seem to be having a good time (I know our daughter does). Overall, I would recommend Highland Creek KinderCare to other parents.

This place is beyond disorganized. They never answer the phone or return voicemails or emails. My daughter’s start date came and went with zero communication (but a bill for tuition of course!). Look at the NCDHHS website and see the very serious incidents before considering this place.

Both of my grandbabies go here and the teachers and staff are all excellent. Ms Ashley, the Director, is the sweetest, professional, and most caring person with everyoneShe runs an excellent facility.

It’s been taking me a while to write this review. I am so grateful for this facility. My 2 daughters started during the pandemic. My youngest who was 1 years old at the time had never been left with another adult before attending daycare. The staff has been more than amazing to make sure both of my daughters were in good hands. The staff is amazing! Leaving my kids here was the best decision. Unfortunately, we just moved and had to switch daycare, otherwise we would still be at this location. Honestly, this is the best Kindercare. I cannot describe how grateful I am for Ashley and Amber!

Our neighbor referred us to this school and it has definitely surpassed our expectations! Our daughter is soo much more happier at this school than she was at her previous preschool! They were only able to get her in PT, but the growth that she’s experienced in just the last month and a half, has been amazing! Her teacher, Ms. T, is the absolute BEST-they have been besties since day one! Her love for all of the kids and her level of energy is unmatched! She stimulates them with various fun and creative activities daily. The directors are both amazing and run this school very well. The staff are usually always smiling and friendly:) We are soo grateful that we enrolled her here!
