Coming in is always a great time. Chad always has a new product to recommend and is incredibly friendly, as is the rest of the staff! Everyone is very knowledgeable and always has the answers to my (sometimes many) questions.

They were doing helpful and nice! Came in 8/3 around noon and the guys working were fun and kind. Helped me with everything I needed.

Called and asked specifically if they had puffco pro 3d chambers. I emphasized specifically on the peak pro and 3d chamber as I am used to smoke shops lacking product knowledge. I mentioned 3d and pro 5 times and the employee said yes it is available. I drove all the way out to the location to purchase said coil and was handed a peak pro chamber but not a 3d one. When I mentioned that I wanted the 3d chamber he seemed confused as if he's never heard of such a thing. They ended up not having what I needed . I asked nicely for them to pay a little more attention the next time as I drove out for nothing and was responded to with attitude saying it wasn't him on the phone. Lack of product knowledge and lack of respect is why this establishment deserves a 1 star rating. Take your business elsewhere.

I HAD A GODLY EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE . May I just start by saying, this smoke shop was THE BEST one i have ever been to in NC. The staff were absolutely incredible, Ethan helped and explained to me everything and ANYTHING I needed to know, to assure I could leave with and amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back !! GREAT PLACE GUYS ??
