This place is OVERPRICED! I purchased a couch from them & a few months later I saw my same couch at another store for $500 cheaper! Please shop 5 mins down the street before shopping here, you’ll find the same items for a more reasonable price!

If I could give them a negative star, I would. Very cheap furniture, poorly manufactured. Horrible customer service. Patrick Heavner, so called manager, is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction at all. Bought two recliners from this store and in less than 2-1/2 months, they were falling apart. When trying to return and exchange, they would not work with us. Contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint also. Don't waste your money on anything from this cheap store. You will be very disappointed.

I love this store. I visited this store when i first moved to North Carolina. I purchased a qeen bed, 2 sets of mattresses, and a dresser with a mirror. Everything is at a great price, and delivery is flawless. Andre helped me puck out the perfect pieces. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I do plan to buy more pieces in the future.

the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received in my life. I’ve had a better experience at a McDonald’s drive through. the customer support and management was beyond rude and dismissive. the delivery team left pieces at the warehouse after I waited almost 2 hours. never will I ever buy from them again.

I just got my coffee table delivered along with a couch. The couch was a fair deal and exactly what you’d expect from a discount furniture store.The coffee table is pictured below not closing. When I called to dispute the flawed table Ariel the salesperson told us the table was marked down for “as is” condition, and that it wouldn’t close properly. There was no mention of this in the store and he did not show us the flaw, so I perceived this as a lie to get around selling a faulty piece of furniture.When I said my unhappiness would be reflected in the form of a review he seemed okay with this, so here is the review.We would have certainly noticed the table not closing all the way as we inspected it for some time before leaving the store. I don’t enjoy being told that I didn’t notice it before and that the details of this were disclosed when they in fact were not.This review gets one star for lack of transparency. This review gets one star because of a lying salesperson and deception within quality of goods.

I purchased beds and other bedroom furniture, two mattresses, two desks, a dining table, chairs, a console, a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and two adirondack chairs, and they were delivered today by Elvis and Manuel. I am so pleased with the furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I have made purchases from Heavner in the past, and I have never had a problem. They are a locally owned company and the next day after I made the purchase, a lady called and scheduled my delivery for the next week. Their customer service is a lot better than Rooms to Go. I highly recommend.

We purchased our bedroom set from here a few years ago so when we needed new living room furniture it was no brainer where we needed to go. The selections are great and the prices are reasonable. The sell reps are all so friendly and personable. If you are in the market for furniture May I recommend stopping by Heavner Furniture Market. You will be glad you did.

A long time ago we found furniture here that was pretty balanced between price and quality.Today, I was pretty disapointed that virtually all of the furniture was pretty poor quality at price points that seemed comparable to what they were a long time ago.What am I talking about? Almost all the pieces on the floor were identical to the same inventory we found up and down Glennwood Ave/70. They were almost all very light, very hollow, and "plasticy" veneered furniture. The industry term appears to be "fast furniture."I'm not an expert on furniture... but I'm pretty sure that I can buy this junk from Wayfair and assemble it myself for a fraction of the price.This is a shame. It's becomming harder and harder to find honest furniture at an honest price. Seems like Heavner is now just Ashley's, or Wayfair, or every other place selling this junk.
