I started going to Heat Studio about a month ago and I am hooked!! Jake, Andrew & Meg are highly skilled professionals who know what they are doing. Right from day 1, Jake paid attention to my technique and helped me improve my form. The classes are engaging and fun. I'd definitely recommend Heat Studios to anyone looking to get into a workout routine.

Joining Heat when I first moved to Raleigh is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I moved to Raleigh in 2019 and decided to give Heat a try for a few weeks. Honestly I had never done any kind of group workout class and I was skeptical I would enjoy it. And now here we are almost 4 years later. I have never met a group of instructors more dedicated to helping you meet your fitness goals in a sustainable way and making it enjoyable in the process. Jake, Megan, and co. bring energy to EVERY session, giving you the energy to get a great workout in every time. On top of that, they are friendly, accessible, and make you feel welcome from day one. Cannot recommend you try Heat enough.

I tried out a TON of gyms in Raleigh and was getting really tired of the constant moderate intensity at F45. I wanted something more challenging! What I really love about Heat is that the workouts aren't just aimed at burning as many calories as possible. Most gyms I've been to are focused on expending as much energy as possible vs building muscle and strength. At heat the exercises are designed to help you see progress, with heavier weights, less reps, and necessary rest time. You are challenged to pick up heavier weights than you think you can vs doing the same movement over and over again and exhausting yourself. I love it!!

My husband and I just started here, but we already feel very welcomed and enjoy the workouts. You can tailor them to your fitness/energy level while still being a challenging class. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Megan is very helpful and supportive. The space is so nice, wooden floors with large windows allowing for natural light to flood the space, and access to the outdoors during workouts when possible. The Playlists are current, upbeat and help keep the class going. We've really enjoyed it so far and look forward to continuing classes here.

I’ve been a member for over 5 years and truly love this gym! Meg and Jake care so much about the community they’ve built and put in the work to establish a great group of trainers to work alongside them.Jake gets to know his clients’ abilities so that he can make spot-on recommendations for strength training. Jake’s programming is intentional and effective. The 6-8 week programs help you to set and meet or exceed goals, which is always an impressive progression to watch!When I first started classes at Heat, Meg taught me I’m much stronger than I think which made a huge difference in my confidence and approach to strength training over the years.I also attended classes throughout two pregnancies and all of the trainers were helpful in suggesting modifications as needed.Most importantly, the Heat team has helped me build a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

Welcoming atmosphere- engaged and supportive owners and trainers - evokes strong feelings of community creating a supportive gym family - trainers are all very conscientious about helping you perform the exercises using the correct form, I really appreciate this for not only avoiding injury, but helping to make the effort more effective - only group exercise program I have been to where a strong component is lifting heavy, which has advanced me further along toward my goals compared to previous group exercise experiences.Thank you for all you do!

If you want a trained professional with real world workout knowledge than Heat is the place to go!!! Owned by Jake and Megan Giamoni- Heat is the best gym that I have ever been apart of. My takeaways from my 2 visits here from Washington DC are that these 2….CARE!!!…Are extremely knowledgeable and they are so so passionate! They know what they are doing. Jake provides real straight forward knowledge and insight. He is direct and has been an athlete his whole entire life and doesn’t cut corners. I love love love Heat and whenever I am in Raleigh I Go! These people are experts and love what they do!!

I've been going to Heat since summer of 2022 and can say that it's the best workout regimen I've ever participated in. I'm 47 years old and probably in the best shape of my life. Until Heat, I did not do classes, preferring solo strength training and heavy cardio (10Ks, lap swimming) instead. Heat forced me to diversify my strength training to other areas of my body which I had been neglecting (core, legs, back). I think the trick which Heat somehow pulls off is (a) creating a family atmosphere with moderate-sized classes while still providing 1:1 attention to detail, and (b) really understanding and teaching technique. For example, for the first time in my life I can deadlift 300 lbs. without injuring my lower back. All the instructors are fantastic. Truly a Raleigh gem.

The trainers at Heat Gym are exceptional, each possessing unique talents. Jake's ability to remember the individual strengths and weaknesses of every member is remarkable, and his attention to technique is unparalleled. Megan excels at explaining exercises in a clear and concise manner, and, thanks to her guidance, I've finally mastered the proper squat technique. Andrew, Sara, and Jena infuse each class with positive energy, fostering an uplifting atmosphere. I am constantly inspired by the incredible women in my classes, who motivate me daily to become the best version of myself.Heat Gym has not only changed my outlook on fitness but has also been a major factor in improving my overall well-being. I cannot recommend it highly enough for those seeking a supportive, knowledgeable, and inspiring gym environment.

Heat Studio is my go to gym in Raleigh! First, it has amazing trainers who follow your growth and make sure your not hurting yourself while training. Second, a friendly community to workout with and do some fun social activities too. Third, great designed programs and fun challenges which keeps the workout engaging and fresh. For these reasons I totally recommend it!

I’ve been going to heat a little over a year now and this is by far the best gym I’ve been to. The staff, the workouts, and my “gym mates” are all top notch. I genuinely look forward to my workout each day. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They ensure you are executing the correct form in each exercise. Not only that but they also push you to be your best and test your limits!

Heat is a very special place to me. I moved here without knowing anyone and it was really tough… until I found Heat. It truly is a community that takes you in and makes you feel like you’re at home. I have made so many friends, while also doing really effective and fun workouts. Heat has made me better in so many ways - and I am so grateful that I have found a gym that I love and look forward to going to.

100/10 would recommend - if you’re nervous about joining a gym because you’re out of shape, going by yourself, you don’t know how to properly strength train…go to heat! This place feels like it’s a hidden gym ?? in downtown Raleigh. Jake and his trainers do a really great job showing you how to do the movements safely and effectively. It’s a small class so they are walking around checking on each and every person ready to help and coach. The community is welcoming and laid back- whether you want to make a new friend or get in and get your workout done in peace.My sister and I decided to get a head start on our fitness goals for the new year and did the 2 week trial. More than worth it!!! We were nervous b/c it was a hot second since we darkened the door of a gym - but now we’re hooked! We felt great over the holiday break and now are excited to continue to heat things up in 2023 ???. P.s. the playlists are bangin
