We had a great experience. Our salesperson was extremely attentive and we also had a designer help us make decisions. They used a 3d design program based on our space dimensions to help pull the room together. This was above and beyond any other furniture store we had been to and we had been to a lot of them before going to Havertys. We got several pieces at a great price and will get them quickly. I'm very excited and am hopeful that they will last a long time!

Ordered a sofa and loveseat. Sofa came without the legs. Made an appointment for the to come out to add the legs. Made sure took the time off work to be there. Guy shows up. I’m here to install the legs, where are they? He was supposed to have them. Granted he was super nice. After he leaves I got a call from customer service. They said they had to order the legs and could only deliver on a Tuesday. Due to my Tuesdays schedule I was going to have to wait three weeks to get the legs installed. The initial call from the customer service seemed rather apathetic. After my initial disappointment review I received a call from the store manager. The store manager was very understanding and worked to get things corrected. The customer service from him was five star. overall My experience with the sales person was great, the middle was a total miss, and the end was great. Glad they worked and provided the customer experience one would expect from one of the better furniture stores.

Welcoming and pleasant staff.
I barely crossed the entrance before someone approached me to introduce himself and offer assistance.
The furniture store was clean and the decor was very nice. The furniture sets were laid out nicely and the entire floor was extremely shoppable. I recommend Havery’s for high-quality furniture. The price, quality, and service align.

Came in for a coffee table and area rug: it was so easy and pleasant, we called Marc and asked he add two end tables to our order. Just easy peasey!!

I was provided with excellent customer service by Bobby. He was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout. After assessing my needs, Bobby helped me select the furniture that best suited my floorpans in my apartment. My furniture was delivered on time by two professionals that were friendly and efficient. Due to the positive experience and the outstanding customer service that I received during my purchase and throughout my delivery, I will be purchasing more items in the future from Havertys, particularly the Glenwood location. I highly recommend choosing this company to meet your home needs.

Archie was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He helped us find the right couch for our new home and made the process easy and straightforward. He also checked in after it was delivered to make sure everything looked right. We will appreciate his great customer servoce in the future.

Greg Love (Haverty’s - Raleigh, NC) was very helpful in helping us select a sofa and recliner. With lots of styles to choose from he asked key questions and then showed us options. He was very patient and gave us time to our selves to look around the store and encouraged us to sit on/try out the furniture to see if we like the fit and firmness. We ended up purchasing a sofa, recliner, and living room chair. They we all options Greg had suggested based on questions he asked us. Our experience was wonderful due to Greg’s knowledge of the furniture (manuf, construction materials, styles, options) and his premium customer service!
