Employees are always more than happy to guide you in your purchase and they are never pushy nor do they try to upsell you, they will candidly answer your questions and be all around awesome. The male that helped me and my son was very nice, calm, helpful and kind. It was busy in there but he still took the time to help me and my son. I wish I got his name. The store overall is very nice.

Just visited Smoke and Vape, best smoke shop in the Raleigh area. Lots of options cheap to luxury. Worked with Steph. He was very knowledgeable, had great energy, and clearly cared about his craft. Salute Steph I'll definitely be back!

Rae was extremely patient and helpful with answering all our questions and seeing exactly what we needed for the experience we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and I enjoy learning more about what I'm buying and looking for. Not to mention they have such an astronomically huge selection, it's like the Walmart of smoke shop materials

My $5 store credit disappeared without me using it and the employee told me that even tho this happens sometimes, he can’t do anything other than give me 10% off my next purchase. My girlfriend and I spend a combined $150 a month on vaping and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Enjoy the $5.

I was waiting in line and the bearded white guy lets two separate people jump in front of me. I don't see how that's right. But that's how you get 1 star and I'm going to tell everyone I know to stop going here and recommend the cheaper vape shop across the street.

Of all the smoke/vape shops I’ve visited this has been hands down the best. The staff really goes above and beyond. They have a great selection of mods and disposables and their rewards system is linked to your phone number so no need to mess with a website or app to redeem rewards.

Great store but whatever you do don’t buy the bidi sticks, they won’t last even 24 hours and no way to charge it..
