Auto mechanics sometimes have a bad reputation for not being totally honest and trustworthy. Andy Harrison is definitely NOT on of those guys. He is an automotive expert. He is also honest, dependable and fair. We are lucky to have a garage like Harrison Automotive in our area.

Best place to get your car fixed in the Louisburg area hands down! Do Not Take Your Vehicle To Anyone Else! These guys are amazing! I have tried most of the local shops in the area and all were terrible (NEVER GO TO HAYES ON 401) but Harrison and his crew are awesome!

I called the shop first thing in morning and spoke with Andy, wanted to make sure they have the battery for a hybrid car and they did. Told Andy that the car needed to be jumped already and he said I can come right in. When I arrived my car was taken right in and within half an hour it was all done. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable, will definitely come back!

The knowledge and professionalism is top notch. Exceptional service and price. Andy is truly a Volvo whisperer. Andy and Mitch’s knowledge and detailed care is the reason we can afford to maintain three Volvo’s. It is well worth the long drive for us to come to Louisburg even for the most minor service. If you live in the Raleigh area (much closer than us) you are missing out if you don’t make the short trip to Louisburg to have the best mechanics anywhere around maintain your vehicles. In fact, Andy’s move to Louisburg is lucky for a broader group of brand owners. In Raleigh, Andy focused more on Volvo’s; in Louisburg, he services a broader array of vehicles with the same level of detail and care previously enjoyed by his Volvo clientele. His move to Louisburg, also, lowered his overhead. He has passed on those cost savings to his customers. It really is hard to overstate how lucky you are to have Harrison’s Automotive as your mechanics. 5 +++ stars is an understatement.Services: Auto battery replacement

I must say, they are as honest as they come. I have been using this shop for more than 10 years. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on things I did not need.
