This is a terrible pharmacy. I called one day to refill a prescription and intended to pick it up the same afternoon. Something came up and I came to pick up the prescription the next day. I was told there was no response by my doctor. I checked with my doctor’s office and no request for a refill was made. I called Harris Teeter and they said my doctor’s office fax machine didn’t seem to be working. I checked and they lied at Harris teeter. The turnover is high there and they are incompetent! I’ll never go back and others ought to be cautious.

Something is terribly wrong at the North Ridge Harris Teeter Pharmacy. The two women (one was likely the pharmacist) on duty this morning were just plain rude. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in a pharmacy before. I would never trust people like that with my family's health. Something needs to be done.

This pharmacy is so much better than Walgreens across the street that it's not even funny. Prescriptions are available quickly. They find the lowest cost options for you without even asking them. They are helpful and pleasant. They have pretty much any vaccine you could need as well. I think this pharmacy will be a big wake up call for CVS and Walgreens to get themselves in order.

Love this pharmacy!!! They are always quick to help me resolve issues and are great at explaining copays and insurance info.

The pharmacy tech was rude. I was asking about a Rx to check if it was in stock and what the process looked like. She was very short and didn't seem like she wanted to help at all.

Excellent...after trying CVS and Walgreens to make an apt for Pharmacy. Could never talk to a human...their websites are terrible. Called HT talked to a very nice knowledgeable pharmacist made an apt for tomorrow morning. Bam ! Change to HT for your health needs.

The salad stinks! They have no hot bar so I have to drive to either the North Hills location or Leesville location to shop at a decent HT

I just started using this Pharmacy and switched from the CVS. The staff is very friendly and the pharmacist was very helpful. I couldn't afford the prescription so she added on a prescription Rx card to my account that I can use each time I go without having to present one myself. Saved me over $30. I will definitely continue using them instead of CVS.
