“Phillip from Hanson Overhead Doors came to my house to troubleshoot a problem with the My Q app and my Smart Hub Bluetooth door opener. OH MY GOSH did he ever go above and beyond!!! He worked tirelessly to figure out what the problem was, and finally got it all working after at least a couple of hours-included deleting and reinstalling the app, calling Chamberlain Customer Service x 2, and helping me recreate a totally new email and account for the My Q app. There are not enough words to thank Phillip and not enough superlatives to describe his determined customer service!!! Kudos to Phillip!!!! I am tickled that my Q app is functioning again. Thanks again Phillip!”

“Our window didn't roll up while it was raining heavily and my son went in to get duct tape and a tarp... And instead Frank, the owner and Chester, a friend in customer of his, let me pull up under the awning and took their own time to come and take a look at our window and help fix it. We tried so hard to get it up and it went all the way up!Just truly truly truly nice people I can't believe they took time to do that! I feel like there is not a lot of people like that anymore that can troubleshoot and would spend that time when they didn't have to.We have a little over an hour drive home so I am thankful because it will be raining on our way home too!”
“Today I was in the area and stumbled across this ACE Hardware. All the times I’ve been to Seaboard I never knew this store was here. I decided to walk in to browse and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I then asked Wesley if they carried a particular item and he gave me top tier assistance. We walked over to the aisle and looked and then he searched the computer inventory. We found what I was asking for. I didn’t plan on buying anything but his customer service was so good I ended up becoming an ACE rewards member and I purchased the product I asked about. He even walked my items to the car and loaded it for me. I live close by and will continue shopping here for home improvement supplies. Excellent customer service. Wesley really made me feel like a valued customer on my birthday ☺️”

It was obviously a different shade of green. I took both cans back up to Ace and they were so helpful. “Beautiful showroom with examples of the doors they offer. We loved the quality of these doors, the fact that they’re ethically produced was the icing on the cake! The door really updated the look of our home and leveled up our entire exterior. Curb appeal to the max! Superb, knowledgeable representatives who answered all of my (many) questions. We loved our front door so much that a month ago we replaced our back and side doors with matching ones about a month ago!
