We recently bought a used vehicle from Hanna after moving back to Raleigh. We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived, but quickly put at ease.
Ramin, the manager, was awesome. He introduced to a salesperson named Tony who helped facilitate our purchase.
My wife and I were blown away by how attentive, accommodating and honest they were through the whole process. No haggling and we never got that ‘slimy used car salesman’ vibe from everyone. In fact, it felt like a bunch of friends who worked together.
Great experience, would recommend,and heck…we did, to ourselves when we bought a second car weeks later.

Andra sold me a Hyundai Ioniq EV and I’m beyond happy. He knew what he was talking about and when I originally went in for a completely different car and he showed me things of better options because I was limited and I fell in love with this car and bought it. 10/10 recommend having him help you out buy a car. ??

Though it was my license, my money, and all my information on the paperwork the salesman who was “just given” the appointment directed the conversation entirely at my boyfriend. At one point in time my boyfriend literally gestured to me to give the hint and still the salesman did not get it. Very unprofessional, I called the manager to voice my concerns and the whole time they were explaining that I “was a VIP and it made their sales rep nervous.” Caught them in multiple lies, and the entire experience was degrading and a wonderful learning experience.

Buyer Beware of Hidden Fees and Awful Customer Service. I made an appointment to purchase an electric car. I called the morning of my appointment and asked the service team to be sure the car was fully charged because we were driving a distance of 4 hours to buy the car. It was not fully charged So, while we waited the 2.5 hours to complete the purchase paperwork, the car had to be charged instead of detailed as it should have been. The worst part of the experience was agreeing to a purchase price only to see an additional $2,000 for an unknown cost. When I questioned it, I was told that it was for a 3 year warranty. I was told that I didn't have to pay for a 3 year warranty, but it was required by the company to purchase a 1 year warranty for $1,000 even though all of the posted advertisements stated that purchase comes with a one year warranty. It was very clearly false advertising and a manipulative ploy to upcharge buyers who didn't carefully review the details of the itemized pricing. We did purchase the car over much discussion about the snuck-in warranty, however, the issue now is that I have been trying to contact someone to confirm that the registration and license plate have been mailed to us. The first few days I called and emailed the man who handled our financing. When I didn't hear back and no one ever answered the line to the finance office, the sales department told me that employee was no longer working there. I was transferred again to the finance office where the line had no voicemail and no answer for several more days. I finally got ahold of someone who gave me an email to follow up with. I sent two emails and did not receive a response. I called several times without answer. I finally asked to be connected with a manager. I left a message and I did not receive a response. The car was purchased 3 weeks ago. The temporary registration is only 30 days. I have been attempting to contact someone for 3 weeks with NO RESPONSE!
Consider purchasing elsewhere.

Mike was our salesman. We both feel that we had a great experience dealing with him and we'd be glad to work with him on our next vehicle purchase. He showed us the exact vehicles we were interested in and he helped us work out the vehicle we purchased with a payment that met our needs. Hanna Imports has a great selection of vehicles, and a lot of them have low milage. Pricing also seems to be very fair. Overall, we would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle.

I was properly educated about the problems with my car and given multiple choices with how to proceed . I will definitely be back .

I went in to look at a used car, already preapproved and ready to purchase. We took a look at it and it was okay. It had some deeper scratches and smelled like cigarette smoke inside. When we tried to work out a deal, they tried to tack on an extra $2,000 for a 3 year warranty. I asked if they could remove it, because I don’t to pay for an extra warranty, especially not one that they added on AFTER I already applied for financing. They also wouldn’t show the interest rates until I talked to finance. I walked out because this was super shady. Give me all the information up front so I can make a decision rather than wait around.
Afterward, I got an automated text from the GSM and called them to see if we could work out a deal. They offered a friends and family discount on the 1 year warranty which would make it $500. Regardless, this was not normal to add something to the price after I applied for financing and then not have the option to remove it. This is ON TOP of the doc fee. I won’t come back here and won’t recommend anyone come here.
EDIT: In North Carolina, car dealerships must follow specific laws and regulations regarding the sale of vehicles, including warranties. Generally, dealerships are not legally required to offer a car without a warranty, but they **cannot force you to buy a warranty** or any additional products as a condition of the sale, unless it's a **manufacturer-required warranty** (such as a certified pre-owned program).
Under the **Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act**, if a dealer provides a warranty, they must disclose whether it's a **manufacturer's warranty** or an **extended warranty**, and they cannot bundle these into the price without your consent. If a dealership is requiring you to purchase an extended warranty and refusing to sell the car without it, that could be considered **unfair or deceptive** under North Carolina's **Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (UDTPA)**.

I found a car advertised online and decided to visit the dealership to see it in person. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the actual price of the vehicle was $17,700 - approximately 30% higher than the price listed online. I'm puzzled by this deceptive pricing strategy. It seems counterintuitive for a business to mislead potential customers in this way, as it can only damage their reputation and trustworthiness.

Donna was AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted. Didn’t try to sell outside of that. I did not feel pressured like I did at other dealerships, and I left with exactly what I came in for!
