Requiring customers to recite the exact name of a tobacco product in order to purchase it, but not applying the same "rule" to alcohol is ridiculous. Nevermind the condescending and pretentious attitude from the cashier. Get a grip, people.

I pulled into this gas station area to stop for a few minutes as I was getting back into the Raleigh area after a bit of a drive. Once I parked I took my dog out of the back seat of the car to walk her around for a few minutes so she could do her business (we'd been in the car for awhile) before coming back to fill up on gas and be on my way. This was in the early evening and neither the gas pumps nor the convenice store area were crowded and there were several open parking spots. As soon as I got my dog out of the car a man in an adjacent car on a smoke break started threatening me and telling me I couldn't park there or my car would be removed. I tried to tell him I would just be there for a few minutes but he would not stop. He was wearing a uniform for the store. I looked around and didn't see any signs about towing or short term 15 minute parking, anything like that but he made me so uncomfortable that I walked a few feet away and found friendly strangers who helped keep an eye out for me and my dog while I went back to my car and got out of there. I do not recommend stopping anywhere near this place. It's not worth the harrasment or trouble.

Man this place is expensive for no apparent reason why is it that a drink you can get at the Bp down the street is a dollar more here. The wraps are 80 cents More.

The Handee Hugu was convenient for me to fill up today and easy to get in and out of the gas station. You can either enter or exit from Greystone Shopping Center or from Lead Mine Rd. The pay at the pump tap feature wasn't working so I did need to insert my credit card.

Service is usually a 5. Today it was probably 3/5. The two stars is for the beat up parking lot that I trip though each time. It’s ridiculous and dangerous.

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

My husband stopped at your location at 401, Benson Hwy, Garner, NC 27529 and was told he couldn't pay for his drinks in cash. This is a legal tender of the United States and must be accepted. I have let all the appropriate agencies and the senators know that you are not accepting cash. And everyone on social media. please rethink and make sure you take what is accepted as legal tender to pay for goods.

I had a mobile coupon for Newport cigarettes and both store attendants would not let me use it... why would you sign up for a program for the store if you are not going to let the customer use the coupon?

Are your employees aloud to smoke when they are out working near the gas pumps? I do not believe this is safe for anyone. It is very disheartening to see this when I am putting gas in my vehicle, and my children are sitting in the car. I worry for second hand smoke, let alone the gas station blowing up when she drops her ashes. It’s a female employee (zoom in on pic of cig in her hand) that was working at 1:30pm on July 5, 2019 at 11928 US-70 Bus, Clayton NC 27520.

Terrible service at the Grandy location. Went in to buy a few beers and the woman working on 04/13/2019 around 9:45 PM refused to sell any beer and threatened to call the sheriffs office. Nobody that went into the store had drank more than two beers. We wanted to buy some beer to take home and enjoy later in the night but this person working was one of the most hateful rude person I have ever encountered in my life. I will never ever purchase anything at any hugos ever. I live in Elizabeth City NC which I frequent on a regular basis but after this experience I will never ever purchase from a handy hugos again.

Stopped at the location in Selma craving a frozen beverage. I was told they don't have cups for the size I wanted. And then for the size they had no lids. I wish they had ICEE instead.

The young lady that is there when I cone in after work around 6pm Monday thru Friday is always nice and accommodating. Always smiles, friendly and helpful.
